We contacted Custom Solid Surface Interior to repair a [redacted] counter top that had suffered a deep scratch /crack. The estimate for the repair reflected the number of hours needed to fix and restore the counter top. On the repair day two workers spent a good part of a work day making the repair and restoring the counter top. They did an outstanding job in restoring the counter top and leaving the kitchen as clean as when they arrived despite all the multi stage sanding that took place.

He was prompt, professional, explained the process completely and listened to all my questions and gave clear and concise answers. He came to my home and made the template for installation himself and made sure that I knew exactly what to expect on installation day. I chose a brand new color and although I feared a delay due to back order, it was installed quickly and it is absolutely beautiful. Mr. C[redacted] gave me instructions on how to clean and care for the new counters, and he even supplied me with a cutting board, several coasters for planters on my window sill and a large piece of my pattern to keep in case of damage in the future! Mr. C[redacted] came to my house after the plumber installed the new faucet and made sure that everything was perfect. He even vacuumed up the sawdust from the plumber! I am completely satisfied with the whole process, from consultation to design to installation. Yes, we WOULD highly recommend Custom Solid Surface Interior as our FIRST choice for kitchen countertops!
We found Brian C[redacted] and his company, "CSSI" on line though a search of DuPont Corian vendors.
We had a difficult task for him as we were trying to match a discontinued color, or as they say in the trade a color that has been archived. We were adding additional cabinets to our kitchen and had to have matching countertops.
"CSSI" was the third company we had contacted and we were growing concerned that we may have to settle for something different from our first choice of color. Brian was very prompt in returning our initial call and he located the color that we needed within a day. We were able to send Brian dimensions and photos of our cabinets and he sent use a proposal for the job with a very reasonable price compared to the other two quotes we had received from the other vendors. We accepted his proposal and he got the countertop material on order that same week.
Brian came to our house, to measure and make templates of the countertops to ensure an exact fit. The time from first contact to the finished job was only three weeks, which was exceptional as were we leaving the following day on a long awaited vacation.
Brian was very friendly, courteous and respectful of our home and us.
We only wish we could go higher than 10 on his rating!

Brian did a wonderful job of transforming my kitchen from laminate to the corian counters! He was in and out of my house in less than 2 days and except for the counters I couldn't tell any work was done because he cleaned up the mess very well. In addition to the counter work, Brian took it upon himself at his time and expense to replace the handles on my casement window in my kitchen. [redacted] is a Consummate professional and a delight to work with. We were referred to him by [redacted] on Lee Highway in Arlington (who had originally installed our [redacted] counters many years ago) as they no longer provide counter-top-only services. [redacted] returned my initial phone call within the hour, was here to do a [redacted] refinishing estimate within the week, and got the [redacted] refinishing (polishing) in our small kitchen done in less than 2 weeks from 1st contact! In concert with the [redacted] work, we also wanted an updated stainless [redacted] faucet with soap dispenser and a new dishwasher. [redacted] advised that he would gladly install the faucet if we would order/have it delivered to us, and that we should also contact [redacted] or the like to have the dishwasher of our choice installed. Both of these, we did. The dishwasher install was disappointing in quality, but [redacted] made it 100% right for us before he left our house on [redacted] polishing day. The faucet install was beautifully done to boot. We are thrilled with the [redacted] counters (all bright and actually better looking than new), the new faucet and the new dishwasher. Again, [redacted] is a delight, a breath of fresh air in terms of contractors. We HIGHLY recommend him to other consumers interested in like-type service.
