Custom Spray Service, Inc.

We contracted with Custom spray to treat 1500 feet of our road with Magnesium Chloride in May 0f 2013. We asked/paid for it in May and by the middle of June still had not been sprayed. They had promised us numerous times in the period that whey would be out. The day before we had decided we had waited long enough they showed up. Less than a month later we had dust on the road again so we called for a re-spray. We were promised by [redacted] that after a call for a re-spray it would take 2-3 days for them to get out there and spray. 3 weeks of dust later we were still waiting. Only after repeated excuses and phone calls did they show up. 4 weeks later on August 4th there was dust and we emailed them for another spray. It is now another 3 weeks and they have not been out. We called them and they said it will be another week. They will not spray past the 13th of September so long story short, we paid for 4 months of dust free road and we received less than 2 months. I asked the owner [redacted] if there would be any accomodation for the time that we were without spray......say... maybe one spray next spring for our trouble....the answer was no. In conclusion, I will never use this spray company again nor will my neighbors. They repeatedly lied to us with their sales pitch and again after we had paid them. We did not receive what we paid for and will not have to go to small claims to rectify our issue as the owner could care less about his poor service.

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. Our experience from the very beginning was absolutely terrible. Plus their spray does not last a season like they promise...it only lasted 2-3 weeks. They lost one of our payments and the lady yelled at me on the phone and acted like I was the incorrect one. After we hung up they called my husband in which he also said we made the payment. Thank goodness I have my bank statement to prove it. I told her I will be sending them to the Revdex.com. They are very unprofessional and the lady should not be doing business. She points fingers at other companies and lies about her services.
