My experience with this company could not have been worse. My car broke down on a major interstate on my way home from my 10 year old daughter's soccer game 1 hour from our home and she was with me in the car. The company promised an arrival within 90 mins. After that time passes I called and was told it would be another 20-25. After that time passed I was told no more than another 10 mins. After that I was told the driver's GPS said he should be right where we were parked and stranded. When he never showed up I called yet again and was told the driver had mechanical problems and another driver would be sent in another 35-40. This was 3 hrs and 50 minutes after I first placed the call. I contacted another company that arrived in 15 minutes--before the first company's second driver ever showed. I would never, ever use this company. They left me and my daughter stranded for hours and could not have cared less!
