Paid total quoted amount of $2100 for dropping large tree and grinding of stump. $1600 for tress, $400 for stump. They came and performed the work for dropping the tree. Claimed their stump grinder broke and could not grind the stump. It has now been 3 months. Had been told 3 seperate times over a period of 2+ months that it is still in the shop. Everytime I had to call and get an update. Now after several attempts to leave messages (voicemail was full) over this time period I was finally able to leave a message 6/3 and told Raymond that if I didnt get a call back by the end of the day I was filing this complaint. It is now 6/5 and have heard nothing.
Our stump grinder is still broken down. I hired someone to grind all our stumps. I called him last night and he said he forgot about doing your job. He will be out next week to grind your stump.

As of today, this business still has not come out to grind the stump. They have not called to let me know they couldn't come out that week or to set an specific date.
