Vehicle was in his shop  the first of November until Nov. 17. Customer should have contacted business prior to 5 months passing if there were repair issues. Business worked on injector fuel pump; on the test drive the truck quit running. It registered the "injector pump unable to control...

timing" code, and the diagnostic tree was followed. Foreign matter was found in the fuel tank. It was pumped out and clean fuel was added. The injector pump was changed again, the fuel filter repaired, and a new filter used. The truck ran perfectly on Nov. 17. Customer was warned about foreign matter in his fuel supply or tank. Business had 30 hours in the job and billed customer for 15, costs included towing, too. Will supply receipt. Business does not know what the customer has been doing to the truck in terms of "adjustments" over the last 5 months.
