Good Afternoon,Crunch cancelation policy is to either walk in and cancel or send a certified cancelation letter in the mail 10 days prior to the next billing cycle. If the member is willing to come in and cancel their membership the staff is more than happy to take care of this situation. If the...
member doesn't want to come in someone from West Babylon Crunch will bend the cancleation policy and contact the member and do an over the phone cancellation.Thank you,
