customer asnotification of the service to take place on 3/20/On 3/20/our technician performed the firstscheduled serviceOn 3/21/the customer cancelled services claiming he had not agreed to services.On 3/21/we cancelled all services and credited $for the one service performedOn 3/21/17upon the customer’s request our office manager emailed the customer noting the cancellation of serviceand credit of charges (attached)On 3/27/a hard copy of the email was sent via postal mail to thecustomer following notification from Revdex.com regarding the customer’s complaintAt no time during theevents described above did Custom Turf object in any way to the customer’s requests.We acted in good faith from the first contact to the last contact as is our policy with all customerrelationshipsWe are a local company and very proud of our personal hands on approach and exhibit acustomer retention rate higher than any other in our industry.RegaRobert T***General ManagerCustom Turf Inc
