Custom Weed and Spray Service, Inc.

This is a NEGATIVE review! It regards an extremely NEGATIVE experience with "Custom Weed and Spray Service, Inc.."

I HIGHLY suggest you do business elsewhere to save yourself time and grief!

-Referred to 'Custom Weed' by a local landscaping company.

-Spoke via phone with **', owners' son on 1/16/2014. He gave excellent service, satisfactory price, and scheduled pre-emergent weed service WITH 'clear' product for 1/22/2014, with '*' between 10am-noon, "guaranteed" time window, soonest availability, best time for THEM - later not available.

-Wait anxiously for date and time and around 11:50am on 1/22/2014 call them for status update. '*', owners' daughter, answers phone, 'sounds like' while eating-through whole conversation- and states cannot get there, perhaps try for 2pm. There is uncertainty and confusion about the time and 'clear' vs. 'colored' product to be used. I asked if she planned to notify me she was going to be late or a 'no-show'. She gets all 'huffy' and nasty and I hear her tell her father '*', owner, that a referral is on the phone, only to pay $--, and is upset about time and service.

-Owner gets on phone in loud harsh voice saying we can't help you and a few other words and hangs up on me.

-In total shock and tears I notify landscaping company who referred me. She is very apologetic and tries to help me find other service.

I hope by sharing this I will save others the extreme UPSET and problems it has caused. (I do not normally file/share complaints.)
