They are some dirt bags they described a vehicle to be in good condition when car was delivered the clutch was burned out the motor was leaking from everywhere and it had a blown head gasket I bought the car on eBay and it was described as able to drive anywhere I live in California so I called them and they keep giving me the run around do not buy from these douche bags

This business response was received via phone.Ana said the Owner will refund the consumer $towards the cost of her repairs.The owner said the consumer's purchase was made according to an agreement.Ana said they can send the $to the consumer or she can come to pick it up

Company responded by phone 2/9/16-[redacted]Company states that the consumer was never told that they would fix anything with the car. They state the consumer signed all the paperwork and did not purchase a warranty with the car. they feel that they are not responsible for any repairs that need to be made...

The warranty that was offered only covered the engine and transmission. I asked if it covered anything else and was told it doesn't. He wrote the warranty so he knows that has nothing to do with this. I bought the car as advertised. I was told it was never tampered with, that the car had no issues and also no rust. That is how I bought the car, as is. As it is, I have had to pay for three temp tags plus half the repairs just to make it legal until June. This is not the car I was told I was getting. I was told the car was running perfectly and that I would have absolutely no issues with the check engine light or e check. I will continue to persue my car be repaired and my money be returned for the repairs I've had done.

Company responded to the complaint 2/29/16-[redacted] The company states that they had to call the police on the consumer and the consumer was advised that she is not allowed on the lot any more. They also state that if the consumer remains unhappy, she can take them to court.
