Company responded by phone 2/9/16- [redacted] Company states that the consumer was never told that they would fix anything with the carThey state the consumer signed all the paperwork and did not purchase a warranty with the carthey feel that they are not responsible for any repairs that need to be made to the car

Company responded to the complaint 2/29/16- [redacted] The company states that they had to call the police on the consumer and the consumer was advised that she is not allowed on the lot any moreThey also state that if the consumer remains unhappy, she can take them to court
