Our windows were installed in the summer of We were satisfied with the initial installation with only a few minor adjustments requiredThen beginning in the fall of we began to notice MAJOR airflow issues with some windowsBeing that it was such a cold and early snowfall last year we decided to wrap plastic around the windows and contact Custom Windows in the spring once the winter weather brokeWe began calling and asking for a representative to come look and see what the cause of the air leak was in April and someone finally showed up in May He assured us it was a minor fix and that someone would be back to remedy the problem soonUnfortunately we never heard back from my one from Custom Window until we began calling in AugustThe same person showed....apologized profusely and said they would be back to.fix the issue as soon as possibleHere we are almost to Nov and I have not heard nothing from the company nor has any representative shown to fix the air leaks....thus after at least a half dozen phone calls and assurances from the receptionist that someone will be contacting usAt this point after they cashed my check for quite a large sum of money I feel their product and service is subpar and leaving us wishing we had went with a different window companyI definitely would not call on Custom Window to replace the windows in my dogs' house nor would I recommend them for friend or foe!
