We offered to return and caulk the windows, but were told not to come backWe can't address the problem if we can't go to the residence
consumer states the windows were installed 7/31/of the windows have gaps that need to be addressed as the installer seemed in a big hurry to leave and did not caulk in the gaps before leaving
