In response to the [redacted]'s complaint:We do agree that the window installation did take longer than anticipated due to the factory that manufactures the windows being behind.  Unfortunately, Sabrina in the office did not communicate well with the [redacted] family.  Sabrina is no longer employed...

with Custom Windows Plus.  We did however install the [redacted] windows on 03/31/16 and are under the impression that they are satisfied with the product.  Custom Windows also gave the [redacted]'s check# 12998 as a customer satisfaction/refund for the wait in the amount of $500.00 which they cashed on 04/05/16.  We hope that this has satisfied their complaint

Review: In Nov 2015 we ordered windows for entire home, salesman (Norm) said they would be delivered and installed before Christmas 2015, we financed thru GreenSky which is associated with Custom Windows Plus, have been making monthly payments, it is now March 2016 and NO windows. The girl (Sabrina) at the Wausau office refuses to return our calls or help us to get the windows. We financed over $6000 for these windows. We think this a TERRIBLE way to run a business and want to be compensated promptly. We work too hard for our money for it to thrown away like this.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the balance of the financed loan including the interest voided and our 3 monthly payments reimbursed, and some compensation for the heating cost for the 2015-2016 winter season as the windows that we have now are a huge heat loss and that is why we needed them before the winter set in.

Review: My husband and I paid an initial payment for the ordering and install of windows and have not received them. We have left numerous messages with no response back. We were told it would be 4-7 weeks for delivery and has been 8 weeks or more. Had we received a call back we would not be so concerned at this point. We are seeking reimbursement so we can go else where for windows.Desired Settlement: We would like our deposit returned in full.
