I went to Custom Wood Extras Inc. on February 23rd,2019 and discussed a simple wood object to be made. I was ordering 12 units. Just a basic tube that was to be hollowed out. *** the owner and operator said he would be able to do it before the end of March, 2019 because it was "An easy thing to make". Several months after that he claimed he was unable to make my simple products due to lack of equipment even tho he agreed and accepted the down payment stating he could make them. It has been an entire year and I have no products. He constantly made up excuses to prolong the project to where I no longer can Charge Back my credit card. He stole $262.80 from me and refuses to give me the wood that I furnished back to me. On the 23rd of Feb 2019 I paid that as a down payment for him to get started because he said it was simple and would be done in less than a month. I brought him the wood. He did no work on it himself. Kept/stole my money and now refuses to give me my materials back. This man is untrustworthy and an outright criminal!

Refund I want my materials (Wood) back (Twelve 12 inch pieces of wood - some have been cut down to 9 inch and 3 inches) and I want my $262.80 refunded back to me due to inability to render said products. To be exact it was four three foot by three inch dowels cut into segments. I have messages proving his promises and his stalling and prying for more money for no reason. In short. I want my wood and money back!

This person is not a customer in the usual sense. It's a younger person who could not come close to affording his project. As a favor I allowed him to use my machines and complete some of the project, what he could, on his own. He worked for over four FULL days and I asked him to pay me $100 ($25 for 8 hrs using my machines). When he refused I asked what sort of an arrangement he thought would be fair. He did not have a response, as for the $100 which I asked for was more than reasonable. This case is just a situation of a young kid that needs to learn some lessons in the real world. He thought he could threaten all these legal avenues and get all the work I did and over 20hrs he used my shop free. Doesn't work like that, and the sad thing is if the kid would have had some respect he could have gotten all his wood back and maybe even the shop time for free, but when you are disrecpectful and ungrateful as this *** is......no way. If you look at all my reviews on yelp, etc. I have not a single bad review from an ACTUAL customer, its only people who inquired about projects and became angry when I refused to do the work for their price....please. My work speaks for itself:

He is lying about everything. I was a customer. I paid a down payment on a project he said he could do. Then he said for a discount on said final costs I could do some shop work. Instead he is saying I was not a customer, that I agreed to pay him for my time (no contract on that at all), and now is holding my money and wood hostage for $300 ontop of the stolen money. Look into this guys reviews. He says everyone isn't a customer and scams people constantly.
