I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, to be clear, my "accepting" the initial settlement was because I was told I had no other optionsThey still did not cover any of my shipping cost back to them! This has been some of the worst customer service I've ever experiencedI should not have to reach out to the Revdex.com in order to have my issues resolved when there is a customer service in placeI would also like to reiterate (from my original complaint), since they can't seem to listen OR read, that initial contact WAS made inside the days, and it is not my fault that their system clearly had a glitchThank you

The customer has previously been issued a settlement refund of $99.98 (Pure Garcinia Natural product cost) for the charge on 08-11-2013, as of 08-25-2014.
