Customatic Adjustable Beds

Well bought 2 split twin XL's to make it a split king. One remote failed in a couple of years and I called customer service and they stated that they are looking for a source of new remotes. Now the seconded remote failed making the adjustable bed into a very expensive bed frame. I would stay away from them.

Do Not Purchase this bed. I purchased the bed through Sleepy's in June of 2015. In July, the foot motor on my wife's side stopped working. Since then, I have had numerous conversations with customer service, and the problem is still not resolved. New remotes, back ordered parts, customer service not following through, and supervisors ([redacted]) who treat you rudely and with disdain. A terrible experience. I wish they would take their junky product back.
