Ordered a rug # 12525. It was thin more like the backing of a throw cover or a bath mat, was looking for something thick like a rug, the quality was very unsatisfactory, no instructions on how wash it or even how & where to return it , price was $89.99, it’s like they just wrapped it & took it to the post office, I want a full refund, it’s not worth the price .
I ordered a bedroom comfoter and sheet set on July 19, 2020 and have not received my order. I have tried multiple ways to contact them and have not been able to. The money was collected in the amount of $125.91.
I placed an order for bedding from this company on July 13, 2020 and have not yet received a confirmation email. I tried to email them at [email protected] but this in not a valid email. I paid for this item via PayPal of $86.90 and they were not to take the money until the product shipped. I can not get a hold of anyone at this company. I just want my money back.
On 7-16-20 placed order with Cuztomboxgifts, amount of 69.90 for bedding. Receipt #*** purchase took from bank account. They said I would receive shipping confirmation soon. As of today 8/02/2020 I still haven't heard anything from them and email is not working to them and no phone working. Purchase came out to Jaint Company Limited Paypal on bank account.
I received an item from the company that is of poor quality and nothing like advertised. I have tried numerous times to contact the business about returning my item for a refund at: [email protected] and all have come back undeliverable. On their website their is no address or contact phone or e-mail to return this item. I fear this is a definite scam website.
Ordered comforter from this web site. Queen size with pillows. 8 weeks later received the product in an mailing envelope placed in my small mail box. Just rags. Awful. Scam. picture from another company. Mailed it back at $10.58 cost to me. Have not received my money and have not been able to reach them.
