I worked on the job on Thursday, September 17 and Friday, September 18 until 4pm. At that time I  indicated to the customer that I needed more paint to continue. Also, I told her I intended to work over the weekend to complete the job. As stipulated in the contract, she was to provide the paint, however she refused to bring me more paint at that time. She would not let me do any painting on the next day because she could not come watch me and shecalled and told me she didn't want me to work on the day after, Sunday September 20 because it had rained the night before. The rain from the night before would not have caused a problem with the paint as it had been 12 hours since it rained and it was a dry wann day -- but she would not yield to my expertise. I could have finished the job then but I could not return on Monday Sept. 21 because, as I told her, I was already scheduled to work out of town. Incidentally, I was working in a remote area of the state and did not have any cell service there. 2.As to the down payment of $500.00, my customary contract requirement is one half of the contract amoumt to be paid after the start of operations.
