To whom it may concern, The customer, Kirby ***, placed an order with our Husqvarna Part Store on Saturday, March 25th for parts which a copy of the order has been attached as an attachmentOn Friday, March 31st we then received an email to our contact email from the customer
wondering the status of their orderThe original email that they had sent is also attachedDue to high contact volume, the next available representative, Lindsey, was not able to get back to him until the morning of Monday, April 3rd which has also been attachedIn that email that she had responded to him with she provided the UPS tracking numbers as his shipment was packagesI have also attached a copy of the UPS shipping detail which shows the two packages being delivered to the address that was provided on the invoice placed by the customerThis was the last correspondence that we have with the customer and have not heard of anything that they did not receive this as it was left at the Front Door via UPSIf the customer did contact us, we would have taken further action.
