Review: On 10-3-13 I orders 4,000 #9 [redacted] - [redacted], #13055 for my company [redacted]. Shipping to: [redacted] - [redacted]., [redacted] via [redacted]. I paid $258.44 with credit card. On 10-7-13, credit card was charged for envelopes. On 10-28-13, I still have not received envelopes. I called 2x. In morning and afternoon. Only get recording. Sent emails. Looking for delivery/shipping status. NEED ENVELOPES ASAP!!! Received no return calls or emails updating me on status or providing [redacted] Tracking #. I see two other similar complaints. Why does this company have a "A" rating? I would like help getting answer to questions: When were my envelopes shipped, What is the [redacted] tracking number, and when are they slated to arrive. Someone from CustomEnvelopes needs to call me ASAP so I don't cancel this order and buy from someone else. To whom It may concern.

These envelopes were delivered to our customer on Thursday October 31st and Friday November 1st. This was simply a situation of running low on this product from one of our facilites and fulfilling the order as quickly as possible.

We even did a 2nd day air at our expense to accomodate the customer.

Customer recieved the envelopes at this time and I do not foresee any future issues with this account. Here is copy of the delivery record form [redacted].

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance regarding the matter.

Review: Placed an order for Custom envelopes online. We received invoice #[redacted] and paid it on 10/07/13 in the amount of $471.05. Our check # was [redacted]. We have never received the product. Both myself and another employee made many attempts to contact customenvelopes.com at [redacted] and [redacted]. We never had the opportunity to speak to a live person but left several voicemails. None of the calls were returned. Also inquired about this through email several times. There was just one email reply. This was received on January 13, 2014 from [redacted] in reply to my email dated January 10,2014. I requested refund but to this day have still not received a responseDesired Settlement: We need to receive a refund of $471.05.

Review: Ordered 10,000 printed envelopes on 12/4/2013 inv # 22395 for over $1,000.00. I was told there would be a 6-7 day turn around time for printing and they would be shipped [redacted] ground. It is now 1/2/14 almost one month later and I do not have the envelopes, nor can I get a response via e-mail or phone from the company. I have been calling almost hourly for the last week and sent 6 e-mails in the last 6 business days, and received absolutely no response and get a voicemail every time I call. I have since had to place another order with another company costing us even more money! Had they had some sort of customer service or shipped things in a timely manner, they would have had ongoing orders for the same thing.Desired Settlement: I would like the envelopes shipped immediately over night or 2 day at customenvelopes expense, and a reimbursement for the envelopes that I had to order because of no response from this company.

Review: I ordered envelopes from customenvelopes.com on 10/10/13. My credit card was charged on 10/21/13 for $243.52. I have yet to receive the envelopes as of 11/06/13 and I have tried to get in contact with the company several times via phone and email with no response. At this point, I just want my money refunded. I will NEVER order from this company again.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card credited for the original amount of $243.52.

Hi I saw this and I am slightly baffled for I spoke to miss [redacted] last week informing her that ordser was shipping and she informed to cancel the order in wich I did at her request.

I gave the cancellation to my bookkeper and she authorizing a full refund on this matter. Can you please address with miss [redacted]. For I beleive she will confrim that she had instrcuted me to cancel this order.

Review: I placed an order for envelopes for our company's billing close on December 2nd 2013. We have yet to receive this order. The order is paid for, the shipping has been paid as of December 2nd 2013. My supervisor and our office manager have been trying to get information regarding the shipping on our order but have not had any success. Our records show that our office manager called the customer service line listed on their website [redacted] and was unable to speak with anyone so she left a voicemail on December 16th 2013. Our Vice President then sent an email to customer service on December 16th 2013 asking for information on our shipment and indicated that we needed this order to arrive by December 26th 2013 in order for us to be able to process our month end billing. Our Vice President did receive a response from someone named "[redacted]" stating that he would get in touch with the shipping facility to see what the status of our order was and he did state in his response that our order would arrive by December 26th 2013. We then have record of another follow up call that our office manager made on December 20th; again, she was unable to speak directy to someone and had to leave another voicemail (we haven't even had a response to the voicemail left on 12/13). Once our office manager informed our Vice President that she left another voicemail on December 20th, our Vice President then sent an URGENT email to "[redacted]" and we have still not had a response. Our final attempt was on December 23rd 2013 to find out information about our shipment, but we still have not heard from anyone at this company.Desired Settlement: We would like our order delivered to us, we would like shipping information sent to us immediately as the order still hasn't arrived as of 8:39am MST, December 27th 2013. We would also like a full refund of the shipping costs at this time.

Review: Placed order for envelopes. Two weeks later have not received envelopes, and company will not return emails or voicemails that I have left requesting shipment tracking information. No one picks up phone, goes to voicemail. Not sure how to proceed at this point.Desired Settlement: Would like to have my envelopes delivered ON A TIMELY BASIS) and my messages returned regarding shipment.

My Receptionist. has been out on leave now for about a month. I go through all voice messages at least 2 time a day and contact all of my customers I am also available by email.

I will contact the customer this morning and give her the option of returning the envelopes or keeping them at a discount. I will keep you abreast of the situation.

Review: On July 31, 2013, I ordered window envelopes. You had to pay upfront for them to make the envelopes. I called about 2 weeks after I placed the order and I had sent an email. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, she told me they had messed up my order and that they were going to redo. It is now September 12th and I have yet to receive our envelopes. They will not return my calls or emails. I want a full refund. They charged us $74.74 for the envelopes and $11.86 in shipping. Total due $86.60. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.Thank you for your help!Desired Settlement: I want our credit card refunded in the amount of $86.60.

Hello, I would like to respond to this customer's complaint filed on Sept. 16, 2013.

Yes, we agree the customer had placed an order with our company in the amount of $ 86.60 (this amount included the cost of shipping). It was for window envelopes with custom printing displaying the customers information and a proof was involved.

Yes, there was an error on the printing and they did have to be redone at our expense and not at the customers expense. The customer was informed of the problem and correction of the print error.

The customer claims that they were still waiting to receive their order as of Sept. 12, 2013. The order was shipped on Sept. 7, 2013 via [redacted] and was delivered on Sept. 10, 2013. The [redacted] tracking # shows it was signed for by *. [redacted] at 10:46 am.

Tracking # is [redacted] and proof of delivery is attached to this response.

On behalf of the company, and as an act of goodwill to the customer, we would like to extend a 25% discount on the total order which is $25.98, and apply it back as a credit onto the customers credit card.

We have been in business for over 13 yrs. with no Revdex.com complaints ever judged against us and we value all customers business. We do hope this matter can be considered resolved and do appreciate the opportunity for us to respond.

I apperciate the company finally responding after I had to file a Revdex.com complaint but if their such a reputable company why was my calls or emails never returned? I want to see the signature proof before I accept any type of deal. First off, we do not have a [redacted] that works here. The owners name is [redacted] and he wouldnt have signed for a fedex package because the Fedex driver knows to go to the front desk. Second, we have looked every where and we can't find the package, so if I could see who actually signed, I could check with them.
