I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I do want to tell you that the work was done by a licensed individual, yes I was there but it was performed by *** *** ***, who is a specialized diesel mechanicThat is fine let's make appointment, but I would like all information on where new transmission came from with paperwork on it, and all work that is done I would like written and documentedAfter repair I will bring it immediately to my mechanic to check everything cause of your past performance and any thing that he says was done wrong I will bring back every time...the owner told me we would agree on the mechanic but I don't care anymore, make appointment and I will have all *** work checked

Mr*** was offered his money back by Customer First Auto Group on one occasion as well as a second attempt by an attorney on our behalfHe instead chose to bring the matter to small claims court hoping to get triple damagesThe case was dismissed because he was not entitled to triple
damagesHe will be refunded the amount of the purchase when this matter is heard a second time at the payment review hearing

We regret any inconvenience that *** *** has experienced, but the complaint filed with our company Performance Auto Center Inc, was an errorAfter reviewing the complaint filed from *** *** complaint *** it should be with Custom First Auto Group a the same addressWe have No
affiliation with the company that sold the vehicle she purchased

Revdex.com:I bought the car on 3/3/17 I didn't not take delivery on the car until 3/8/17 the car went back on the 10th, then I got it back on the 13th and it had issues still and it was brought back the following Monday when I requested receipts which have been faxed to the AGO I was given a basic receipt with amounts and work that was clearly not done, when I complained I was finally told a man did the work in his 75K shop in his back yard I have his phone # will be enclosed in another email as I have to get it from my phone bill, then I called complaining as while I was driving the back left wheel locked up and at that point it was put in the above mentioned shop and work was done supposedly to figure out the shake in the front end and tire wobble and the check engine light which wouldn't go off and when it was returned to me 3 times it popped on within minutes of me having the car and plus the new issue of the locked back wheel I then got the car back and it still had the shake in the front end and I let them know the check engine light still didn't go off plus my car made a noise when it hit even the smallest bump in the road so they took it back for another week and when it was supposed to be returned on the liters ride back to my house [redacted] heard the noise I had been telling them about since day 1 and also told them what it was because I had two ASE certified mechanics one from [redacted] Brockton and one from [redacted] in Smithfield RI look at it and they told me what was wrong then I find out my sub frame snapped and they planned to weld it and I went in this morning and talked to the owner who is a nice guy despite his bad car and asked again to break the deal or have another car that I didn't feel safe with my kids in this one and he told me he would call me later with my car delivery date the title is of course on the registry I noted it as a point I clearly don't have it which was one of the reasons busting the deal I was told wasn't an option.... today they plan to bring my car back and swap it with the loaner I am at work meaning I won't even be able to see if the check engine light comes on until tomorrow or if the shake is gone or back to my mechanics for yet another check to mks sure the same under achieving garage who's sent it back twice unfixed will have done the true needful in a way that makes me comfortable my kids are safe since the track record tells me this cars a death trap and as a parent and just like They work hard I do and I deserve the peace of mind from someone qualified to say that is true not the same people who keep lying pushing me off dates not calling back and not fixing but covering the issues in hopes I'll go away it isn't right or fair if the car was truly safe and they truly lost money fixing it 4 plus times now they would make a smart business move buy it back make sure it was safe and sell it for what they can which is more if it's really safe but the fact they won't tells me it isn't safe at all or smart business and that says something

Ms. [redacted] just left the Dealership 03/29/17 and has been driving a loaner vehicle while her vehicle is being repaired. She was content with the plan to repair the vehicle. We are adhering to all aspects of the Massachusetts General Laws pertaining to the sale of used cars. We regret that...

any repairs were necessary after the sale but unfortunately these things can happen. The vehicle in question passed inspection 2003 [redacted] with 80,230 miles.

Customer First was not aware of any issues with this vehicle. The vehicle passed inspection and was driven for 2 months before learning of this matter. In fact, the customer called the dealership one month after taking delivery of it and claimed to have water leaking from the [redacted] top. At no expense to the customer we purchased a new top and installed it for her convenience at her place of employment. We have done everything possible to satisfy this customer. The customer was refunded the full amount of monies owed to her.

Revdex.com:  I have repeatedly requested my money back and or to change the car for another, the dealership has had it for all but 5 days of the first month I have owned the car, I'm not satisfied they have refused any other option and I have only had the loaner for 4 days of the almost month they have had my car, the repeatedly break or lie about deadlines, refuse alternate resolutions, promise to call back and don't I've been forced to file with the attorney generals office to find out this stall tactic is and has been used in several cases. At this point if they refuse to buy the car back for my full $2757. I will be forced to file a small claims case because a back wheel has locked up while I was driving with my kids in the car, and now they are welding or replacing an entire subframe on the car meaning it was never safe enough to drive never mind pass inspection. So I have also been forced to file with the AGO on the sticker place [redacted]'s as well because if they refuse to care about my kids safety then I will have to make sure someone cares about them... the excuses it's too hard because the title which I still haven't gotten is in my name, and they spent money and they are busy and they have other clients they are old and I'm done I'm respectful and I took the loaner because they were systematically ruining my life by keeping the car and lying about delivery dates refusing to give me receipts for the work done so I could have the warranties or prove it was done in a licensed shop not some backyard again like the first time since every time I drop it off for the wheels shaking or the check engine light I get it back the light comes back on and the wheels keep shaking I just want my money and my plates so I can find a SAFE car for my kids and I from someone who will follow the rules and care whether or not something they put me in could kill us

All the repairs were done to this vehicle by a licensed repair facility. The dealership has informed Mr. [redacted] that we will located a transmission and make an appointment with [redacted] transmission to replace it. Mr. [redacted] was afraid that the warranty would run out on the vehicle so...

the dealership even gave Mr. [redacted] a letter saying that we would replace the transmission regardless of warranty on vehicle. In addition, Mr. [redacted] signed the Limited Warranty from the dealership which specifies in paragraph 6. that the customer must inform dealership and get written consent if the vehicle is being fixed by anyone else. Normally this voids the warranty if work is done by an unauthorized and unlicensed individual, which Mr. [redacted] admits to in his complaint. Even with these facts we are still standing by the customer.
