In response to complaint [redacted] customer states that the Black Friday Flyer is advertising a 3 piece sectional at $[redacted]. The actual flyer states [redacted] Sectional now at $[redacted]. It does not state the number of pieces. The photo associated with...

the flyer does show 3 pieces but after checking with our advertising department that is the photo that was available to print. On the back of the flyer there is a disclaimer that states "Products and/or coverings shown in this flyer may be different in store. Although we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and prices we cannot be held responsible for technical and typographical errors or omissions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers." The product is displayed on our floor and is clearing marked as 2 piece $[redacted] and 3 piece $[redacted]
This customer phoned our store before travelling the distance and the price and number of pieces was discussed by one of our sales staff. It would have been on the evening of Nov.27/15 as the owner works the night shift. We will email a copy of our flyer.

I did call the morning of Nov 27th, and was advised that the 3 piece was [redacted]$. When going home and receiving the flyer in the mail stating the three piece was [redacted]$(which is also shown in the picture in the flyer)I drove the 30 minutes to this store.
I had dealt with a gentlemen the week before over the phone and email and he was fantastic. [redacted] I will not be returning to this store.
Regardless I am receiving the 3 piece from another company for [redacted]$, and received great costumer service.

In second response to complaint [redacted]. We are sorry that you feel that you did not receive good customer service at our store. Due to the misunderstanding that is clearly indicated on the back of the Flyer we feel that this product was clearly advertised in the store as well as on the flyer. We are unable to sell the product that is requested by the customer at the $[redacted] price.
