*** and his team do fine work until the check clears The owner gave us a two-year warranty on leveling our peer-and-beam house and on the cracks in the walls if they came back - they came out several time as we started having issues with doors and locks not working properly Within a year, we need them to come out again to re-level After being 'talked to' several times about the current issues were unrelated we agreed to again pay a substantial amount of money to re-level They came out, fix part of the issue which caused problems in other parts of the house The owner told the workers to leave the new problems as it wasn't related Our house still has problems, all the old cracks are back in the walls *** *** will promise you anything to get your cash He will NOT honor his warranty and will do his best to talk over you and get angry when it may cost him money to come out and fix his mistakes
