As of today, November 8th 2015, this matter has not been resolved The proposal from Customer Paradigm, which we attached in our original complaint, was to set up a [redacted] for $USD This project, that was to take approximately weeks, has been dragging on for over months They originally assigned a project manager who was not capable of the work requiredMany months were wasted due to this Another manager was assigned weeks ago We are still waiting for completion of our project

We have addressed this issue directly with the clientOver the last several months we have put in significant development work on the clients productWe agree the complexity of develop has taken longer than expected, but we have worked out with the client a remaining list of tasks to be completed Over the last three weeks we have devoted significant extra resources to complete this list to the client's satisfaction, and will continue to do so until complete It should be noted, after discussing this complaint with the client, he agreed that escalating his project to be completed and executed by a member of our management team, along with the list we worked with him to define, would be enough to satisfy his concernHe confirmed that he would be contacting the Revdex.com to retract his complaintHad we known that would not be the case, we would have responded to this case immediately The client's desired resolution is to finish the jobNow that we have a clearly laid out definition of what that entails, we have agreed with him to just thatWe have been and will continue to work to achieve this goal Regarding communication, we have been highly responsive to the clientAn example is, on 10/26/- We sent emails to the client spanning a time period of 9:00am to 11:12pmThat is an above average amount, but our records show a low average of to emails per day It is also important to note that the original payment by the client was $7,Since we have put in over $13,of development time to-date, and project an additional $3,before the project is complete Overall, our client's satisfaction is extremely important to usThere were a variety of variables that went into this specific situationAssuming that our final "project complete" list is not modified, we will certainly be able to finish this project to the client's satisfaction

We have been working with this client for many, many weeks, and trying to make him happyI have over emails that I have sent and responded during the past days, and feel like we have been doing all that we've been asked to do, and then even moreAt this point, we have spent 250% of the budgeted hours with this individual to try to make him happy and satisfied
Customer Paradigm has been in business since 2002, and has completed more than 10,successful projectsAs the founder of the company, my goal is to have all of our customers be happy and come back for more
I truly hope that we can have this client feel satisfied with the hundreds of hours of work that we have done on his behalf

As of today, November 8th 2015, this matter has not been resolved.
The proposal from Customer Paradigm, which we attached in our original complaint, was to set up a [redacted] for $7000 USD.
This project, that was to take approximately 5 weeks, has been
dragging on for over 6 months.
They originally assigned a project manager who was not capable of the
work required. Many months were wasted due to this.
Another manager was assigned 6 weeks ago.
We are still waiting for completion of our project.

We have addressed this issue directly with the client. Over the last several months we have put in significant development work on the clients product. We agree the complexity of develop has taken longer than expected, but we have worked out with the client a remaining list of tasks to be...

Over the last three weeks we have devoted significant extra resources to complete this list to the client's satisfaction, and will continue to do so until complete.

It should be noted, after discussing this complaint with the client, he agreed that escalating his project to be completed and executed by a member of our management team, along with the list we worked with him to define, would be enough to satisfy his concern. He confirmed that he would be contacting the Revdex.com to retract his complaint. Had we known that would not be the case, we would have responded to this case immediately.

The client's desired resolution is to finish the job. Now that we have a clearly laid out definition of what that entails, we have agreed with him to just that. We have been and will continue to work to achieve this goal.

Regarding communication, we have been highly responsive to the client. An example is, on 10/26/15 - We sent 23 emails to the client spanning a time period of 9:00am to 11:12pm. That is an above average amount, but our records show a low average of 3 to 7 emails per day.

It is also important to note that the original payment by the client was $7,000. Since we have put in over $13,000 of development time to-date, and project an additional $3,000 before the project is complete.

Overall, our client's satisfaction is extremely important to us. There were a variety of variables that went into this specific situation. Assuming that our final "project complete" list is not modified, we will certainly be able to finish this project to the client's satisfaction.
