[redacted] presented his license and prepared a contract for me and my husband [redacted]. **. [redacted] stated that he gets his supplies from a store that was more creditable than [redacted] and [redacted], so we gave him $1000.00 to get the supplies for us. He stated that the cost was must more reasonable for less money, so we trusted him. The contract was written on August 8th 2013. **. [redacted] stated that he would start that Monday if it did not rain. It did not rain and we did not see My [redacted] on 8/10/2013. During this time **. [redacted] said he was shopping for wood. 08/17 **. [redacted] said he was coming over to work on the shed- No show08/19 **. [redacted] showed up with a few pieces of wood and poured some concrete.08/24 We called **. [redacted] to see when he was going to return and he stated that he was at [redacted] looking though some wood. The reason we gave him the money was he did not like [redacted] and wanted to get the wood from somewhere else.08/25 We called **. [redacted] again he stated he was at [redacted] and he would be over around 3:00pm--- No show08/26 **. [redacted] came with 6 pieces of wood and worked for about 2 hours.08/29 **. [redacted] came with more pieces of wood but did not work that day.08/31 **. [redacted] came with 8 pieces of wood and worked for 3 hours.09/2 **. [redacted] did not show. He said he would come the next day.09/3 **. [redacted] showed and worked for 3 hours09/4 **. [redacted] came with a bucket and was ask to leave and we ask for the remaining of our money back because he violated his contract.09/5 **. [redacted] spoke with my husband stating we would give us our money back.**. [redacted] text my husband and said he would have the money to us on 09/20.09/20 We did not hear from **. [redacted] text my husband stating that he would bring over a check that Sunday Sept 22nd and for us not to cash it until Thursday, Sept 26th and until this day there is not sign of **. [redacted] and not a word.Desired Settlement: Supplies used 8 pieces 4x8 Floor @ $10.00 each12 bags 5 Concrete @ $5 each3 pieces 4x4x8 @ $10 each50 pieces 2x4x96 @ $3.50 eachTotal used on shed = $345.00 I would like to be refunded for the ramaining amount of $655.00.
