Worst business experience of my life!!! I have been to this business times and the first two were fine and even encouraged me to recommend it to othersThe most recent and definitely last was absolutely awfulWhen my friend and I arrived the owner said we were late for our sew-insI scheduled for she had us down as So instead of simply telling us to reschedule she said she could do it but had another customer comingThe owner had a stylist(the only other working there) start on my friends hair while I sat waiting on the couch for close to hours! The owner who is a stylist and had done my hair on prior visits, watched TV and ate, making no move to do my hairWhen her only other customer showed up at she complained to her how customers show up late and throw off the scheduleFinally the other stylist paused half way through my friend's hair to start on meGrace stopped working on her other client to sew hair onto my friend complaining how late it wasAfter my hair was braided down(now close to midnight) I told her I could reschedule for the completion of my hair so she could focus on my friendI advised her that my friends' styling was for her birthdayShe responded that she didn't mind staying late, she wouldn't rush and no one leaves her shop looking badShe said I could pay her $for the hair the stylist braided down but she has kept the shop open until in the morning and would gladly do my hair and wouldn't rushRush she didIt was after in the morning when she rushed us out the doorShe didn't cut, style nor flat iron my hairWhen I looked at my hair later that morning, some of the tracks were already looseThere were lumps that were poking through the hair in the back that another person quickly pointed out to meI called her with my concerns and she was immediately defensive and never apologizedShe finally told me I could come in and she would look at itWhen I arrived she claimed to not see any problemsI requested she just remove it as I didn't feel she would have the desire to fix it correctlyShe quickly and roughly removed itShe still never apologized and lectured me that I was lucky she even agreed to see me at allIt's awful that a business that claims to put customers first would treat repeat customers so poorly

Worst business experience of my life!!! I have been to this business 3 times and the first two were fine and even encouraged me to recommend it to others. The most recent and definitely last was absolutely awful. When my friend and I arrived the owner said we were late for our sew-ins. I scheduled for 5 she had us down as 4. So instead of simply telling us to reschedule she said she could do it but had another customer coming. The owner had a stylist(the only other working there) start on my friends hair while I sat waiting on the couch for close to 3 hours! The owner who is a stylist and had done my hair on prior visits, watched TV and ate, making no move to do my hair. When her only other customer showed up at 7 she complained to her how customers show up late and throw off the schedule. Finally the other stylist paused half way through my friend's hair to start on me. Grace stopped working on her other client to sew hair onto my friend complaining how late it was. After my hair was braided down(now close to midnight) I told her I could reschedule for the completion of my hair so she could focus on my friend. I advised her that my friends' styling was for her birthday. She responded that she didn't mind staying late, she wouldn't rush and no one leaves her shop looking bad. She said I could pay her $60 for the hair the stylist braided down but she has kept the shop open until 5 in the morning and would gladly do my hair and wouldn't rush. Rush she did. It was after 4 in the morning when she rushed us out the door. She didn't cut, style nor flat iron my hair. When I looked at my hair later that morning, some of the tracks were already loose. There were lumps that were poking through the hair in the back that another person quickly pointed out to me. I called her with my concerns and she was immediately defensive and never apologized. She finally told me I could come in and she would look at it. When I arrived she claimed to not see any problems. I requested she just remove it as I didn't feel she would have the desire to fix it correctly. She quickly and roughly removed it. She still never apologized and lectured me that I was lucky she even agreed to see me at all. It's awful that a business that claims to put customers first would treat repeat customers so poorly.
