Review: The website states that products will be shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. It has been an entire week and 2 emails later in order for me to find out the status of my socks. I still have not received tracking information for them, nor have they told me that I will receive them before Christmas.

Order was placed with them on 12/[redacted]late, so they probably did not get the order until 12/**, which means that they should have shipped no later than 12/**and with standard shipping at the least they would arrive in time for Christmas. Another email was sent to inquire about when I could expect them to arrive and if they would arrive by Christmas and I have not received a response.Desired Settlement: They should insure that the proper shipping method is used at their expense to ensure that the order arrives by Christmas

Review: We purchased personalized football socks for our football team back on July **, 2012. We ordered 60 pairs of socks at $10.00 per pair. This business told us we would receive them within 3-4 weeks. We still have not received them and we can not get a hold of them either. They have not responded to emails or phone calls. We have placed a fraud claim with our bank in regards to the order for $600.00. On the website http[redacted] they list themselves as being backed by the Revdex.com. However when you click on the Revdex.com logo it takes you nowhere I believe this is a fraudulent business.Desired Settlement: We would like our $600.00 returned.
