This may be the first online review that I have ever written
I'm doing so because this company is pathetic on an insane level I contacted them to have some stickers made I sent them $85, and a graphic of my sticker We exchanged some emails, and after some time, it was apparent to me that I didn't want to deal with this company - I wasn't "that" irritated, basically I just felt like I was having to do a lot of work on my end, that they could have done, or at least been more proactive with
I asked for a refundDARREN S*** told me that I would get a refund within business days I didn't I then sent him an email saying that I didn't get the refund - no response I called, the person who answered told me that in order to get the refund, I should email someone named SAM
"Wait, so why can't you just refund me?" I said
"Because, [insert something that just got pulled out of his ***]."
"Fine, I'll email him." Emailed NO RESPONSE
I call again a few days later I tell the person, who's name is DARREN P*** how I'm calling about my refund, and that I want to talk to a manager/supervisor He tells me that no one is in right now *At this point, it's the end of the first week of January.* I tell him that that's hard to believe, because in our first conversation, which was weeks ago, he told me the same thing I'm irritated at this point, and letting him know that, so he says that "he'll go check." He puts me on hold for a solid minutes, returns, and says that the manager is busy
- Note, prior to this he told me that the manager was out, now he is telling me that the manager is busy Do I need to point out the dishonesty here?
I doubt I'm going to get refunded, though I called them minutes ago to basically *** at them and tell them that I'm writing this review, because at this point I'm taking it personally, and I'd rather vent this out on the people who deserve to hear it Funny enough, I've been on hold for MINUTES They're trying to get me to hang up again
I realize with this last paragraph you may be thinking - hmmm, maybe this person writing the review is simply being unreasonable - going through so much trouble just to call these people out? I bet this is an over-reaction
It's not
I don't write reviews because normally I don't care enough to do so But this process of keeping my $85, and then keeping me on hold in the hopes that I'll hang up (minutes now), is unprecedented in my experience of customer service, and I want this company to fail - with customer service like this it is only a matter of time - at least, in a perfect world it is
My phone died from being on hold, so I called on my friend's phone Laid out my grievances, definitely cussed a bit, and Darren P*** told me that they were going to refund me right now
He said I would be on hold for 2-minutes It's been longer than five minutes, and I'm very close to hanging up This is pathetic
Just hung up, called back, and no one is answering Not even mad anymore - genuinely sad about how these people are behaving

Review: Ordered 2000 stickers, received a proof that was perfect and then received products with the colors changed. They admitted that the colors were different but did nothing to fix the issue other than offer to make sure it didn't happen in the future. But when they say that they "I have checked, there is a difference... let me discuss with the production team... I have checked with production... They said, in the offest printing method, a little bit of variation in the colors happens as they were not printed digitally. Because in offset printing method, each and every color is being printed by manually checking colors. So, you have to face little variation in the design. However, what I will do is next time send the strict orders to the production team to check the color carefully and you will have the right colors in the next orders you will place with us as we can try our best to get the right colors."

After responding that at the very least they should send a copy of each sticker with the correct colors to ensure that they can actually be careful (although why they weren't careful in the first place is beyond me) and print out the right colors, there was no response. I wouldn't order from here if you have a logo that uses specific colors because they knowingly changed the colors without notifying me and even though it looked perfect on the proof, it definitely wasn't what was promised. Take your money elsewhere.Desired Settlement: We want the stickers printed correctly. If that's not a possibility a refund.
