I am rejecting this response because: None of this is true. We spoke with Customtoolz about the missing control box and he said that he would get right back with us.We have not heard from him since and that was over a month ago. We need some immediate action taken to correct this problem as soon as possible. [redacted] has not told Customtoolz that someone had lost/broke their control box because there was not one for this lift.

We have actually sent several lifts to [redacted]'s Transmission, very nice people. Iam sorry that they are having difficulties, but they sold one of our lifts we sent them and the person that purchased it, lost/broke their control box so [redacted] gave them their control box. I know this because [redacted]'s...

transmission had called to request another unit from me and told me of his intentions. Currently the item is Out of Stock and I have orderd anothere for [redacted]'s transmission it just takeseems some time to get it due to it orgin and manufacturing time. I have been extremely busy and apologize I could not answer ALL of their calls, but they were informed that we are working to resolve their problem that we told them we would pay for because they have ordered so much from us.
