Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The screen shot of the advertised vehicle was from December How many Chrysler vehicles did this business have recorded as inventory December 2016? Was there more than one? Was there more than one with the same color and year? The Chrysler that was advertised for $December 2016, how much did they eventually sell that car? Is there record of this? Regards, [redacted] ***

As the customer stated he did in fact cone in and purchase a vehicle on July 31stDue to his current credit situation there was only a small selection of vehicles that would work for himirWilliams tet drive the available vehicles and decided on the dodge chargerwe stated the vehicle was as-is
and there was a non-refundable deposit which the customer signed along with it being posted inside the dealershipAfter the customer took delivery of the vehicle he did call and complain of a vehicle malfunctionwe told customer the vehicle was sold but since it was just purchased we would fix the problemThe customer denied the service and ask for a different vehiclewe allowed him to pick one of the other selections that we had showed him prior and he also declined thoseAfter more discussion the truth finally came out and the customer had found another vehicle at a different locationwe then proceeded to take the dodge charger to or certified mechanic to find out there was also no problem with the vehicleThe customer demanded his money back because he didn't get a carwe explained the non-refundable deposit due to expenses that were paid in his behalf and offered the dodge charger back to himThe customer declined and we have not heard from him again,

In regards to case #***, Mo auto sales declines to provide documentation on this to Ms*** due to the signature on the release letter being different from the signature on the contractWe have no issue at all if the customer would like to come in person to receive documentsMs*** made us aware the MrNtumba had no knowledge that she was doing this and that he wouldn’t be happy with her if he knewWe would like this case to be closed due to the fraudulent attempt to obtain personal information by Ms***.If you need any further information please don't hesitate to contact us. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAlso, I would like it noted that I have carbon copied my fiancé on this responseWhen I spoke with MrH*** about the initial discrepancy, my fiancé was indeed present with me on the speaker phoneSo MrH***’s claim that, “she then explained to us that [her fiancé] did not know she was talking to us and she was doing [this] without him knowing” is and untrueInstead, my fiancé and I were rudely hung up on several times by staff members providing no answersFinally, MrH***, the business owner, answered our call and promised us that he would look into the paperwork and get back to us in a few daysWhen we did not hear back from MrH*** after a couple of days, I called once again to find out what was determinedMrH*** informed me that he did not see anything wrong with the sale he made to my fiancéAnd when I then announced to MrH*** that we would continue to fight for our family’s consumer rights, he seemed unconcernedThat was the last time my fiancé or I had any interaction with Mo Auto Sales or MrH***So again here is a recap of the situation that I would like to also point out that MrH*** has not denied happenedMrH***’s business, Mo Auto Sales, advertised a car for one amount and then sold it to my fiancé for a significantly higher price(We have a photo of the original advertisement and asking amount of the car my fiancé purchased December from Mo Auto Sales.) MrH*** also inflated the deposit amount that he received from my fiancéThis is noted on the bill of sale which contradicts the deposit slip receipts my fiancé received from Mo Auto SalesMrH*** verbally stated that my fiancé would be paying on a loan for a much shorter term (months versus months)If a statement of sales was signed by my fiancé agreeing to this new set of terms, why was there no written copy provided to my fiancé for his own records? As a public school music teacher and proud mother of three, I work every day to teach my children and students the importance of exhibiting integrity, striving to do their best, and making good choicesI am greatly disappointed by the actions of MrH*** and his staff at Mo Auto SalesAttempting to take advantage of anyone (possibly due to their race, educational background, or economic status) is an unethical, immoral, and dishonest business practiceI most especially feel this way with regard to what is supposed to be considered a legitimate dealership operating in the United States of AmericaMy hope is that these predatory actions taken by this business to exploit honest, hardworking, paying customers will discontinue and never happen to anyone else ever againOur contact with the Revdex.com is our first step to ensure this will be the case. Regards, *** ***

I have attached the written authorization from *** *** for me to be able to communicate with you on his behalf. I have also attached the online advertisement that was posted by Mo's Auto SalesThe final attachment is all of the paperwork that was receivedAny handwritten adjustments made on the paperwork were created by the dealership (not *** ***)

We did speak to Ms. [redacted] on the phone. We informed her that we would give her fiancé any information that he needed. We have signed documents by him and are more than willing to go over every page with him again. We informed Ms. [redacted] she is not on the loan so therefore we could not supply her...

with any information on the loan without permission of her Finance. She then explained to us that he did not know she was talking to us and she was doing without him knowing. So we declined to offer any personal information regarding this matter until the customer gave us written permission. When we told Ms. [redacted] this she began to be irrational and called our business line non stop for the remainder of the day (more than 35+ times). We would appreciate this complaint to be dropped due to the customer having no expressed desire to go over the documents or for that matter even have a complaint.

The picture provided of the 2012 Chrysler 300 does not include a Vin number, stock number, color, or mileage. So there is no way to verify that this is the same vehicle that the customer purchased. Thanks if there is anything else you need please call 513-[redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My original complaint was that this business sold a car to my fiancé for $5000 more than this business both advertised online and verbally agreed to with my fiancé. Is this legal to do? Can a for-profit-business in the state of Ohio significantly raise the selling price of a car by thousands of dollars without telling the customer? Is this okay? This was what my initial complaint was about. I don’t want or need any additional paperwork from this business. I want this company to refund the $5000 to my fiancé (not me) that they took. Why tell my fiancé that he only needs to put $1000 down for a deposit and then change it on the paperwork to say that he put down $2800 when he did not? Why put forth that effort? Please note again that this company has not denied that they changed both the asking price and the down payment amount my fiancé made. But rather they have falsely accused me of now forgery and going after information with regards to my fiancé that I already have access. How are their false statements against me personally resolving the complaint? In my opinion, it is not. This business has not only not resolved the complaint, but they have not even addressed the original complaint. Also, my fiancé has contacted this business and he was told by this business that they did not see anything wrong with their end of the transaction. Since this business was not willing to assist my fiancé with this complaint, we decided to reach out to the Revdex.com for help. At this point this business is continuing to make up things about me that are not true while not addressing (or denying) their own actions. I appreciate the time and effort that has been placed towards our complaint. Could you please assist me with what further steps if any should or can be made towards resolving this matter? Regards, [redacted]
