I called lancer insurance more than times, each time I called, the lady over the phone she did not clearly mention her nameShe then transfers my call to policy department, an ironical thing is that not even a single person answer their phone instead they will asking for "leave your name and number", which I did almost to every single oneOnly one person has the courtesy to call me back and his name was ***
I will request to the management either train your staff or else get rid of them as it is clearly a loss of business
Worst customer service in the industry. [redacted] is the agent that took care of our case and she did nothing but neglect our case for more than a month, and she did this more than once. They do ask and put pressure in the customer to put money down in advance before finishing with the case.
After talking to the district manager, [redacted] I get an email from him stating that everything is done and that I can pick up the truck from the dealer. When contacting the dealer, the manager states and I have it in an email, that they are still waiting for payment from the insurance to release me the truck. Today is Jan 9th, they truck disappeared Nov 17th and was recovered Nov 30th. It has been over a month and we still don't have our truck back.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, HIRE AN ATTORNEY IF YOU REALLY NEED TO PAY FOR THIS INSURANCE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THEY WOULD ASSURE YOU THINGS THAT LATER WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY DID IT AS A COURTESY. EVEN IF THEY DID IT AS A COURTESY THEY WON'T FULFILL THEIR WORD.
