Unfortunatly this client has a history of being difficult and as you can see has been a customer for plus years.She continued to come all these years as she has been happy most of them.Nothing was every wrong with the technical skills just her changing her planAs with hair,a decision can not be
changed sometimes when it comes to length *** offered that day of service to refund the money after recutting the hair times in that sittingShe kept changing her mind which is a usual behavior for herAs you see she said she offered to pay more to have *** redo it which makes no sense if she didn’t like it in the first place***’s mother came in to get her hair done the next week and apologized for her daughters behavior*** wanted to make the effort again to refund her money and she gave her a check for $to give to *** since she was unhappy.As of today she has received the check and the professional advice to find a new stylist to create a new relatioship with

Review: Not only did my hairdresser not give me the cut and color I asked for, when I asked for her to fix it (even offering to pay) she told me to find a new hairdresser. After 12 years of loyal business. My hair is so bad my coworkers are asking what happened and I've never been so embarrassed. So now I'm stuck with a horrible hair style and I'm out $120. I just hope I can find someone who can fix this mess.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and to warn future clients not to go to this salon and see [redacted].

Review: I had my hair cut styled and colored and bleached for my first time at this salon. my hair after finishing was so fried and damaged I was told to go by stuff to treat it upon leaving salon after a week of treating it I have lost inches of hair that has fallen out and now is continuing to fall out even after the girl [redacted] offered a deep treatment and some more brown over the blonde which still looked terrible. I have called and spoke to I think her name started with an a and never got a call back from a mananger. I want my hair re fixed by the manager herself or a refund asap .

The client who came into the salon was recommended by a friend of the stylist and said she wanted her hair colored like her friends hair color. The stylist explained that it was dramatically lighter then her current dark box colored hair and that it would be a complete change which required bleaching and she recommended that considering her hair was not in good condition it would not be a good idea and it would definitely need deep conditioning with professional products after. The client said that she was prepared for the change and the damage that could occur and had bought some good conditioner to help it through the process and she wanted to still do it. Client told stylist she loved her hair when they were done and she left satisfied. Weeks later the client called and said her hair was too light and she didn't like it. She said it was "fried" and she wanted her money back and or it colored darker. The stylist called her back and asked her to come in and get a professional deep conditioning treatment at no charge which she said would help but the conditioning process takes time. She came in and the stylist was more then happy to do the treatment and offered to put some low light color back into the hair after the client decided she liked it darker. Left knowing it would take time to continue conditioning at home for results. We as the business owners did not receive any calls on this matter. Our stylists are independent contractors and we feel she did what the client asked for and was honest with the possibilty of more damage to the hair. The stylist took care of her concerns after the call and then again the client contacted the stylist through a social media website and asked if she thought if it would be ok to put another box color on it. The stylist said no... but I guess she did it anyways according to the pics she saw online. She was advised how to care for her hair and unfortunatly we have no control on what happens to the hair when it walks out our door. Asking for a manager to redo her color is not possible considering she had colored it herself again and it's too risky to apply any more color.

this is all lies, I have phone records of my calls and no response and the pictures to show damage and was not informed my hair would fall out. will leave many reviews
