*** *** *** The sectional came in pieces, and I rented a truck to pick up the order and move it to my houseUpon arriving at my house I unpacked the pieces and found that I had two right armed recliners instead of a left and a right which was what I had orderedI called up their customer service team and explained what happened, and was informed that the piece was mistagged and they would exchange the incorrect piece for meHowever, they required me to drive back to London with the incorrect item to do the exchangeI explained that this would take several hours of my time to make the trip and there would be costs associated with renting another truck, and they told me that it was my fault because I moved the sectional out of their service areaThroughout a lengthy conversation they didn't apologize once for their mistake and remained adamant that I would have to cover the truck rental costs despite the fact that it was their mistake that put me in this position to begin withIn the end I'm out $for the truck rental and I decided to return the entire couch rather than deal with them anymore and I will not be going back to that store ever againTheir terrible customer service agent cost them this sale

I purchased a ** refrigerator and gas stove from Teppermans Shortly after the extended warranty expired the fridge died and I called a repair technician from a local reputable company As soon as he saw it was **, he explained all about the problem getting parts to repair After inspection he determined that the fridge needed a new control panel, total cost to repair about $ That was days ago, and I still do not have a fridge and neither do we know when the part will arrive in town I have been checking around with local retailers who sell appliances and today I spoke to of them who told me that they stopped carrying ** appliances or years ago, because they had so many upset customers due to the unavailability of parts I shopped at Teppermans because they advertise "our family to yours" I am not feeling the love I called their customer service ten days ago and asked for a call from someone in senior management to explain if they have any intention of making their customers aware of this serious and ongoing problem with ** I am still waiting for a courtesy call from Tepperman management Very disappointed with this lack of response

Just wanted to say note to thank you.

We purchased custom order sectional in August. When it came in, it was wrong size. [redacted] and [redacted] were excellent to deal with. They immediately made it right and expedited replacement with correct dimensions.

We are all human, and mistakes happen. It's how you handle them that makes the difference. Teppermans commitment to make it right was excellent. Will definitely be purchasing more from Teppermans in future.
