Scott answered my phone inquiry himself and scheduled an appointment to our home within hours When he arrived, he made a quick tour of the things we wanted repaired and offered us options to help us resolve problemsThese included a flow valve for our faucet (to increase the water output), new drain plugs for the hot water tanks (the originals were plastic and had failed), a new toilet as the old would no longer flush properly (he even took the old one away for us), and repairs to a tub faucet and drain Together he and his assistant did the work quickly and skillfully, using high quality parts, and left without a trace of debris Invoicing and payment was quick and easy- Gentlemen plumbers indeed!
