Review: I ordered a dress off of the website and payed via the website. I received the item purchased but the size was too small. I returned the item to them and requested an exchange for a different size. I emailed them to alert them of the return as stated in the return/exchange policy. I monitored the tracking of the product and it was confirmed to have arrived at their facilities. Since then I have not received the exchange requested, the phone number provided on their website is not in service, I emailed several times with no reply, I received a reply once asking for a phone # and time to reach me in which I replied promptly but have not received a phone call or email since then.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak directly to someone from their business team and I would like a refund of my initial purchase price or exchange item requested.

Review: I ordered a dress from Cutieshey and placed it under priority mail delivery. The charge went through my account and I received a receipt in my email and then nothing for the next week. No tracking number and no information provided on website regarding time for delivery. I emailed on five different occasions and received one response asking for my order number only and then I sent it asking for an approximate delivery time and no reply. I sent another email saying I needed the product and if it wasn't going to arrive on time I would like to know. Then I got an email that asked for my phone number ( which was provided when I submitted my order) and I sent it again anyways only to be here today four days later with no call, no reply email and no dress.Desired Settlement: I think it is appropriate to refund the entire amount including the $12.00 paid for priority shipping that clearly did not occur.

Review: I ordered the blue keyhole bandage dress from this Cutieshey Clothing website and I NEVER got my dress and its been over two months and I email them VERY often. I asked for a refund at least if I get my money back I can order the same dress from a different website and we can all move on with our lives. I got emails back asking for credit card information. The owner responded that she would refund me and she NEVER refunded me. This is ridiculous and FRAUD. This so called "business" NEEDS to be shut down for taking everyone's hard earned money. There needs to be justice ASAP!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the order for that dress. I do NOT want the dress anymore. I just want the money. I don't trust them anymore. Please and thank you!

Review: I made a purchase on their website, after two weeks of asking for the tracking number they finally gave me one. The product arrived three weeks after I made the purchase. The next business day after I receive the items, I requested there help on getting the items back to them and for them to give me my money back. They agreed to give me store credit however I feel like this mistake was theirs and I should be eligible to receive my money. I had to go and buy a new outfit because this order didnt arrive in time. I have been really nice and patient, but they dont care to help. I requested for the manager to contact me however they ignored my request for the phone number. I gave the manager my number and didnt receive the call that she said she would do in a few minutes. I'll I'm asking from is my money back and I will return the product.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my money after they receive the items back.

Review: My wife had recently tried filling a complaint with Revdex.com on this merchant but they told her that since it was my credit card used, I must file it under my name.

The complaint is that my wife had placed an order with this merchant on DEC 1st, 2014 and still have not received the goods. She had emailed this business 2 times and they have not responded to her. In addition, my wife had done a LIVE CHAT with a person named [redacted] there and she told her that she could not provide her with a confirmation or tracking number because USPS only provides that when the item is about to be delivered. She also said that the order was shipped but could not provide the proof of shipping. The business is in LAGUNA NIGEL and I am located in Arcadia, CA. That is only 40min away and does not take USPS over 17 days to deliver. My wife then told [redacted] that USPS always provides a tracking number/confirmation number when postage is printed out and then she stopped responding in the LIVE CHAT and ignored all other communication.

My wife had finally received an email from this merchant on Dec 14th saying that:

"We wanted to apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We will follow up with the USPS tomorrow and check whats going on with your package. I will forward this to our manager as well so he will be able to personally addressed it and get it resolved as soon as possible. If you can pls give us the best number for us to reach you that will be great".

My wife has responded the next day (DEC 15) with her contact number and requested that our order be refunded and has still not received any call back or response from the vendor.Desired Settlement: I would like that the merchant refund the payment back to my credit card because the order has not been shipped out.

Review: My birthday was March 28th , I ordered a romper from Cutie Shey on March 16th. I also selected the 12.00 shipping to receive my romper quicker. According to their website they are supposed to ship within 3 business days. I reached out to them , to figure our the status of my order. I was told that USPS were moving slowly. So I decided to cancel my order. I have sent several emails and even reached out to through social media ([redacted] and [redacted]). Not only does it take them forever it to respond to a email request.. my requests have been ignored. Its been a month and I just want my 76.99 back ! I have tried being patient but this is ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I want my money back refunded on my debit card . I want the full amount refunded which is 76.99.

Review: I made a purchase at cutieshey.com on May 6, 2015 (Order confirmation for order #[redacted]) and have not received my package.

I attempted to contact the seller at [email protected] and [email protected] various times to check if there was a tracking number or if my order has shipped. I also tried calling business number which is not a working number.

Seller only responded to 1 of my e-mail’s stating the following:

“Hi [redacted] We just checked with the USPS and was informed that it has been shipped. Did you by any chance get any note from them bec all packages require signature and if no one is available they leave a note and hold the package”

I then responded that I did not receive a note nor had received a package and demanded a tracking number. I have attempted to contact this seller more that 10 times but have received no response.

I want my package to be delivered immediately or receive a full refund!
