I made the mistake of placing an order on-line for a salt system one evening and later realized it was not the correct model I needed Called them first thing in the morning to cancel the order and they refused I would have reordered from them but with this type of customer support I will just return the system and eat the 5% re-stocking fee Won't be purchasing anything else from Royal Swimming Pool
