Cuts for Cutters Reviews (1)

Hello and good dayMy name is *** "***" ***I am the owner of Cuts for Cutters*** *** claims are fraudulent as they have been changing over the course of timeMost importantly I have tried to reasonably resolve this issue.01/29/16:Today services were renderedMost blades and
scissors are rusted and wornUpon completion of the job, although basic cleaning is included for all items sharpened, she complained that polishing and restoration wasn't included and that the rate was too high even though she knew the rate ahead of timeThese were her first gripesShe is a first time customer.01/30/16:Customer claims none of her blades are workingUpon arrival at her grooming shop to redo her blades, she handed a total of items to me that needed to be redone- not the original "all the blades" as she first stated over the phoneAs not to instigate my customer I overlooked the blatancyI simply replaced the tension springs for the blades and others from the same batch for good measureI then asked her to try them out in front of meShe didThey workedReplacement tension springs are additionalI charged nothingAs a matter of fact I sharpened scissor for free in an effort to satisfyI then offered to replace all the tension springs of the remaining blades for free if they too needed itI'd have to wait for her to try out the rest of her clipper blades to find out if I would need to pay her a third visit.02/06/16:The customer calls, and totally rejecting the offer to do over the rest of her blades, asks for a full refund because her former blade sharpener claims that the marks on her blades from excessive grinding (1) was my doing and (2) was the cause the blades didn't workFirstly, *** hand-picked and scrutinized every item she handed over to me the day services were rendered (01/29) and those marks were conspicuousThose grind marks were on her blades previously and *** and I both know this because she mentioned them when asking if it was still worth it to sharpen them because of thatAs a matter of fact, this was what sparked my question of who her previous blade sharpener wasWe spoke briefly about him- she told me his work was "hit and miss at best" and that other groomers complained about his work alsoIt was implied that it was he who put those grind marks on her blades since she explicitly said he was the last person to service themSecondly, I watched at least total items tested to work right in front of me- the redone (01/30) and at least random items she grabbed and used while I was there sharpening on the first day (01/29).02/25/16:I was not rude in our e-mail communicationHere it is:From *** ***:*** *** After a couple of weeks of constant struggle with the blades you serviced for me, I have had to make the unfortunate decision to send my blades to another person to correct what damage could be reversedThere are a total of blades that are no longer usable and the other blades MAY have sharpening remainingSince our conversation, and your being adamant that you had NOT caused this, I have to take legal matters into handI am offering you an opportunity to refund the entire amount paid to you $324.00, PLUS the costs of replacing the blades that were ruined, AND an ADDITIONAL amount of $that the other Blade Service charged for repair and Re-SharpeningThe Service Company that has redone the blades has provided a document stating, in their Professional opinion, what damage was done, how the damage occurred and why it occurredI have also pulled still images magnified to show the equipment you used and a video for length of time in my facility on both visitsIf I do not receive an email from you within the next business days with a resolution, I no choice than to do the following: I will file suit, small claims court and demand that ALL blades be replaced due to damage and restriction of use Make a report to the RevDex.com As two professionals, I see no reason why this should not be resolved post haste.Sincerely,*** ***, President, Knine ***, Incorporated*** ** *** *** *** ***"From *** ***:"As per our last conversation my stance has not changed- your claims are bogus, invalid, and now, inconsistent. The burden of proof is on youNo need to wait business daysPlease file your suit and claim right away as I will be doing the same.Thank you,*** "***" ***Cuts for Cutters"I am proud of my work and I have a long list of customers that would adamantly defend the quality and grade of my service. I refused to give *** *** a full refund because her claims are bogus, invalid and inconsistent but most importantly I have done everything reasonable to resolve this issue
