The tree trimmers gave us a Proposal that included tree trimming and pesticide treatment for $1100. This included hauling and disposing of most of the branches/logs resulting from the tree trimming. They were asked several times to show us proof of liability insurance before starting the job. The job was supposed to take 4-5 hours. I later found out that you can't even treat a tree for insects in the winter - after getting the check they took a 3-hour break and couldn't finish on the day they started because it got dark. The next day it snowed about a foot, by the time the snow melted and I was ready for them to finish they still could not provide proof of their insurance and were confused and lying about the part of the proposal that included the very expensive pesticide treatment. They finally agreed to finish the job at 12:00 pm, Jan. 18, but made more excuses as the day went on, and never showed up at all. The tree hadn't been finished being trimmed and piles of branches and logs are still in the yard. My husband also witnessed one the cut branches falling on our cable line causing it to now droop within easy reach going across the yard. They also left a long pole with a cutting tool on the end of it high up in the tree (2 stories up? This will definitely require paying another professional to climb up in the tree and retrieve it.) They were paid in full the $1100.

They came out and cut down a large dead tree almost a month ago. The job was left incomplete. They said they would return to finish, but never did.
I have about 6 or 7 pieces of the trunk, each one about 8 feet long and 1 foot to 3 feet in diameter. Including the two biggest ones left in the street with cones around them. They are too big to move, even with several people. They also left a wood chip pile about 3 feet high in the middle of the sidewalk.
We have been calling daily for weeks. They will not answer the phone or respond to messages. This morning we called and got a automated message from the phone carrier saying that they had a block on their phone or something like that. Either way, its becoming apparent that they have abandoned us.

My Husband hired Cutt and Clean Solutions, LLC on 3/9/19 to cut down a tree and stump removal of the same tree. To-date (4/25/19) the stump is still there has well as a deep hole around the root of the tree. I do have young curious grandchildren that are at the house daily and this hole is dangerous to my family. This company seems to be disorganized and doesn't care about the job they were paid to do or their customers. We had paid them and they have been happy to cash our checks without finishing the job. We would like for them to finish the job they were paid to do.

Hi we do apologize about the inconvenience of the hole and I do understand the safety hazard of children. We have been there 3 times to try to remove the stump but as we explained to you guys we offered a free service to grind the stump and the equipmentto properly remove the stump was not available. (Stump grinder) and we brought in 3 different machines to attempt to try to satisfy you guys. We just came on tuesday with the stump grinder and removed the roots and stump is free and I told you I had to come back with a bobcat to fill the whole and pick up the stump I did say I had 1 thing to do first to get my bobcat available and that I would come as soon as I finnished. We have already removed the tree and debris at a discounted rate, we did not just take your check and take off and not finnish the job as your implying. We will be there today Friday as I stated tuesday.

Cutt & Clean Solutions & Tree Services rented equipment to remove a tree and hasn't paid the rental company, ***, in the amount of approximately $1939.52. *** is now threatening to put a lien on our home.

We used Zach's company "cut and clean solutions" the summer of 2017 to cut down a large dead tree because they seemed honest and affordable. Zach knocked on our door this Spring to offer to take the remaining large logs off our property for $100. We thought- great-what a deal!

Zach and company took some of the logs but not all. He then knocked on our door approx. 3-4 weeks later having 1/2 finished the job and asked for the $100. My husband gave him the $100- expecting that he would complete the job in a some what timely manner.

We have been trying to reach Zach for over a month to find out when he will be back to finish the job we paid for.

We have called, texted, and *** messengered. At first the calls were rather friendly and just asked when he would be completing the job but as of lately the calls have been very matter of fact and disdainful from our behalf.

We are DISAPPOINTED and feel TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. We had bonded with Zack over our love for Granby Colorado and the fact that I was pregnant and he had a little boy at home. We just had a baby for petes sake and if Zack doesn't do the job that $100 should go to our child.

In brief- we need this resolved.

I have told Zack he could do the work and not even have to interact with me or my husband because it will likely be a negative interaction. He could very easily shoot us a text and say he will be doing the work and we won't have to interact.

We are new home owners, we feel duped, cheated, and taken advantage. We will be sharing on ***.com, ***, and other sources that cut and clean was fraudulent unless this matter is resolved with in the next 2 weeks.

Didn't finish two job on trees and tile in kitchen

On Feb 28, I was searching for a roofer on Social Media. Zach *** contacted me and said that his tree business was slow at that time and that he had 7 years of roofing experience. He gave us a good rate and we hired him. They started the job on March the 12th. We were to pay $7200 plus dumping fees, plus permit fee, plus variances in materials. He said the permit cost was $150.00 plus a $72.00 application fee. I gave him a check for $225.00. He said materials would cost $3391.00 and the rest would be due at completion. The 2nd day on the job he said that our decking needed to be replaced at the cost of $5400.00. This amount was just to cover materials. He said he wasn't charging us for the labor on the decking. Zach and his crew worked a total of 52 hours over 15 days and only finished 2/3 of our roof. They never worked more than 6 hours max on any day and on some days worked as little as 3/4 of an hour. Over the 2 week time frame they caused property damage and kept asking for more and more money to cover materials. In those 2 weeks we paid them a total of $10,000.00. On Mar 22, Zach said he needed more money to buy 17 more bundles of shingles. On Sat Mar 24 we went with him to Home Depot and purchased the shingles ourselves. On Mar 25th instead of working on our roof they were up the street cutting trees. After confronting his crew (Zach wasn't around) we were told that there weren't enough shingles to finish our roof. We needed another 28 bundles. So we went back to Home Depot and bought more shingles. I fired them that evening. I had been bugging Zach for receipts of what he had purchased and 3 days later he finally sent me pictures of some of the receipts. What I found was very upsetting. To do our entire roof it should have taken 88 bundles of shingles. On Mar 15, Zach purchased 39 bundles in the morning and another 39 bundles in the evening. 78 bundles total. We should only have had to purchase 10 more bundles but we had to buy 47 bundles. Minus the 10 left 37 and even if they had wasted 7 bundles there are 30 bundles unaccounted for at the cost of $913.50. Then I called the county and found out there is no application fee for the permit and the cost of my permit was only $113.00. He owes me the difference of $112.00. They damaged gutters and down spouts that cost me $300.00, so far totaling $1325.50. They also damaged 4 window screens that we cant afford to replace at this time. I posted reviews on Social Media and he then contacted the Lakewood Police Dept. saying I was harassing and slandering him. He also said I was black mailing him. He kept asking me to take the postings down and I said when he paid me I would. I was not slandering him as I had proof. Officer Bursiaga said it was a civil matter. I've tried to find an attorney but so far no one is willing to help. With hail season coming up I just don't want to see him take advantage of someone else.

Zach gave my husband and I an estimate on Wednesday, March 28th, regarding cutting 3 limbs and removing 3 small branches from our tree. He said he would provide a contract and call to verify when they would return on Friday to do the work. Zach assured me he had my home number in his cell phone from when I called to get the estimate, I then provided my cell number to him and watched him write it down. He did not call either number over the next two days, but showed up Friday afternoon. We had just arrived home, he said that when he called the number went to voice mail (there were no messages left), he then said it just rang and no pick up. He never called the cell number. I told him that was poor customer service and he agreed. We went ahead and let him start the work. While he was up in the tree he kept insisting that he needed to cut dead limbs and he would do it for another $200. We told him absolutely not that we were on a fixed income and would not pay for extra work. I had to leave before the work was complete and asked my husband (who had had his upper teeth pulled the day before) to make sure that the work was complete before he paid them and make sure that the one limb was trimmed back correctly. They finished cutting most of the limbs although they did not cut one that was requested, they cut a lot of branches they were asked not to and then told my husband that they needed to pick up a trailer and would be back to clean up the tree limbs and branches later in the same day. My husband went ahead and gave them the check. When I returned home and saw the downed limbs and branches and found out my husband had payed them I told him I didn't think they would be back. They did not come back that afternoon, as promised. On Saturday morning I checked some reviews and saw similar complaints on the company. I contacted my daughter and son and we went out and began cleaning up the downed limbs and branches. I had to purchase pruning shears to do the job and it took 3 of us 4 hours and then another hour with my son's assistance. During this time no one from Zach's company came by or tried to contact us. My daughter posted a review on Facebook and when Zach saw the post he started replying via Facebook that he at no time said he would be back Friday afternoon and made a lot of excuses as to why he didn't come back. He told her he was on his way back to our home to complete the job. My daughter told them the job was complete and told them not to come back to the property under any circumstances. Zach decided to ignore her and came anyway. When he arrived he started to grab the bags of branches we had cleaned up. I told him to leave them alone and get on with his business, he argued with me and then with my daughter when she arrived. He finally said he would leave and asked my daughter to remove her review on Facebook and she declined, he told her it was slander. I am considering a civil action at this time. Zach has a million excuses why he doesn't do what he says he is going to do, he is argumentative, and is not where he says he is going to be when he says he is going to be there and then tries to charge more than the agreed upon price. More hassle than is worth.

They started out ok with a good price on one of the projects I hired them for. However, they damaged the deck and did not repair it or purchase the material for me to repair it. I was very disappointed in that. But they did take a challenging tree down for a decent price.
The rest of the job was another tree. They told me it was rotten and needed to be removed. However I had another well know company assess the tree and it was not rotten just had some limbs that had not healed from broken limbs. Before I had the well know company come out I gave Cutt and clean solutions a large down payment to have the tree removed. They were unable to rent a lift that would work with the money I gave them so they came back and request 1,300 more for a different lift. I was shocked since I just gave the a check for 1,800. My mistake. They were unable to remove the tree witch in the end was a blessing because it was not rotten. Then they came to clean up. At this time I told them I was not going to pay them any more money. I was not taking the tree down. I wanted another opinion. It was the day before the holiday and they got upset and left a huge mess in my yard to clean up. They still have equipment left in my tree that is very dangerous for my grandchildren when they play in the yard. I have no idea how to get it out of the tree. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am disappointed with this company!

I hired this company to remove 2 trees, trim branches off a couple other trees and grind the stumps on the 2 trees that were removed. I paid for everything up front and they completed everything except the grinding of the 2 stumps. They performed the work on Saturday 9/30/17 and were to return the following Monday 10/2/17 to grind the stumps. They called Monday due to it was raining to reschedule it for Wednesday 10/4/17 between 10:00am to 1:00pm which was the time we agreed on. They did not show up or call, I called ***, the owners partner to find out where they are and he said they were running late, I told him we would have to reschedule it for a diiferent day due to I have a dog and we need to have someone home when they come, we went over the times when we set it up to begin with. He hung up on me and since then I have left several messages and text messages to both the owner *** and his partner ***. They will not return my calls.
