Dear [redacted] im sorry about your frusration, we are trying to accomidate your schedule but we have tryed to come times and each time we get told your wifes scheduale has changed (which we generally charge another service charge for having to return) and you told us we must go, as well as [redacted] did not hang up on you the phone he was on died and I havent heard another voicemailFeel free to call and well figure out a time that works for youThanks,***

I did have the stump grinder times and time it rained regaurdless, I apologize I did not recive your voicemail, call me tomorrow and im more then happy to set up a time that works for you to grind the stumpThere were tools we left as well for your security as you know

I am rejecting this response because: The response is unprofessional, given the job could not be completed in the timeline hired for Lack of professionalism is clear as the business owner is not taking responsibility for uncompleted work and the burden ta*** on of property ownersIn result of uncompleted work there is yard damage along with financial responsibility of a second hiring for the job

We were hired by *** to remove 45"ft elm the job was expected to take 3-days we started the removal and were 90% done when we ran into a hazard of my bucket lifts legs not fully extending as well as having power lines in the wayI went to *** and explained the situation that I would keep
trying the next day I spent hours even risking going up with the legs in opened and instantly tipped over I told *** this and that I was going to figure it outI did not return that night and arrived about two hours late the next day because I was trying to find a lift the man overs with tracksI showed up with a trailer and started removing debries where I was approached and insulted by *** ***s father and girl friend *** and I told them what was going onAt this point I never talked to the homeowner again but I kept working and speaking to his father and girlfriend explaining I needed to talk to *** for he is the one who hired us because of the threats from the twoI removed about 70% of the debries and had Finnished up the last load before the dump closed I said I would be back the next day but I had to find a lift first, I spent a majority of the morning looking and continuing to get threats from the two even tho I told them what I was doing I showed up the 3rd day at pm to Finnish removing the debries removing two more trailer loads (total of now) it was again 5pm I was ratcheting my trailer when men approached yelling so I'm not going to Finnish and started to get in my faceI tried to calm him down I told him I am working as hard as I can but I'm not going to risk damaging any property or anyone's lifeAnd that I would be back to grab the last load and that I reserved a tractor lift from *** *** *** *** and that I apologize my new born and wife were with me she had recently had a c section weeks before and I have no one to look after them and *** was fully aware of thisWe end up leaving and about a half hour later I get a text kicking us off the property. [redacted], you did not come out 2 times, it rained once and you called to reset for the following Wedndesday, you were supposed to come you no showed,no called. We all agreed on the time frame up front.  Thats when I called [redacted] and he hung up. I left several messages including we can do it anytime that's good for you, we will make sure someone is there,just need to call 30minutes before. You and [redacted] do not return calls, I have sent text messages also with no response. I have tried and tried to reach you. I even went to the address listed on [redacted] and spoke to your brother who also called you on his cell phone which you did not answer. You need to call me, I have phone records and text messages saved as proof you don't call back. call me and we will set up any day thats good for you. I just want it finished, but do not try to blame me on anything!!  you and [redacted] have been avoiding me for sure. This dispute is not satisfied until the job is done.
