I do not accept this response due to the fact the company is to busy stating facts about who they employ or that they never want a customer to leave the islandNever did they take the time to look into the real issue here and or the actual car in questioninstead I get the same cookie cutter crappy customer service gthat I have received from the beginningAnd just so your aware I have given your service department over days so far to address this issue and fix the car.Butt again day after day I receive the same phone calls telling me that they really have no idea whats happening to my car and that they will have to keep it againIt would be nice for a company to accualy stand behind there productIts no wonder american auto companies needed a goverment bail out

We are working on this person's vehicle. We have not found the problem and are trying to duplicate his concern. He has the option of going to another GM dealer to have it repaired under the manufacturer's warranty.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. A check has been cut in the amount of 179.99 and will be mailed out on Monday April 6th.
