this company will talk to you then do nothing aboutThey said one of the meetings they would pipe the downspout water away then cut a Swale in between the two properties to get the runoff water to the backyard that's the latest problem I had is they said they would do it we had to get the city in there because they would not put the swale in it they ran all the waters straight to my driveway straight to the side of my garage the city comes out tells them that they have to cut the swale in and let him go on the downspout drainage after admitting to me he heard them say they were piping the water to the backyard..nothing they say comes to fruition..and to prove a point there was a big brown dumpster in front of there driveway they took a truck and shoved it down to the edge of our property feet off the edge of the streetand left it..finally *** *** made them move it bak thats what we have been dealing with..so they will be done hopefully by september and go invade someone else'slife...they have ruined this hole summer my time at work my wifes down time..she handles kids with special needs and needed the down time to prepare for the next year...and finally nothing will change this will be forgotten they will pack up their little circus and go bother some one elses propery and life and again it wont be their fault...***

a sit down meeting to go over contract and let them know exactly what is included in the contract and plans to get that portion done. The extra items that the customer wants completed may have to come at a later date once the owner catches up on other projects.
