I did recieve the reply that you have provided me and I can tell you the all that has been stated is a complete lie I never demanded anything from this man until I realized that he had stolen $of the refund that I did not notice until I got home his initial payment was in the amount of $ checkThen called Carlos the following day informing him that the amount he had given my was incorrect and that I would be reporting him at that time he told me to do what I had to do and hung up the phone on my that is when I initiated contact with the Revdex.com he then called me back shortly after and told me he would fight with the insurance company to get me the rest of my money but I would have to pay him a commissionMy reply was yeah wait on it he told me I could come in the following week to revive the remaining balance when I arrived in his office I was not upset until I saw that Carlos had withdrawn the money from what appeared to be his chase bank account, the receipt had the same exact amount that he handed me in cash he then told me I needed to pay him a courier feeI told him when he provided me a receipt to show me that he needed to pay a courier $to cross the street then maybe I'd consider it. The documents that he has provided you have been tampered with I did sign the receipt dated 5/**/16 which was only for the check, but he added the cash amount to make it seem as if he gave it all to me at once if you look at the documents I signed my signature differently on both dates purposely He did not pay me the $in cash until 6/**in which I have a voice recording I have no need to lie this man is ripping people off he's also falsifying documents I just don't want this happening to anyone else I'm fhoping this information gets back to the insurance company so they can investigate and see how many other people he has ripped off. I'm not looking for any money I want justice I want this not happen to anyone else someone who may not understand that they have been ripped off he's a fast talker and very convincing please help me help others or point me in the right directionAgain I have a voice recording of him dated 6/*/when he paid me the cash that is when I signed my name one that was on copy paper. Ask him to provide you his chase bank statement dated 6/*/I can guarantee you the money came out of his personal accountHow many managers do you know that will withdraw that amount from there personal bank accounts? I'm sure just as many as I do none. Again I don't want money that's not what this is about PLEASE HELP!!!!

response available to resolve your issues as soon as possible.      We first need to explain how the bail bond business is conducted.  When a person makes the initial contact with our office regarding a bail bond, he or she has to meet certain requirements both financially and with documents.  On the above mentioned complaint this individual came to us for a bail bond of $100,000.00 in the Bronx Criminal Court.  [redacted] on a $100,000.00 dollar bond the New York State mandated premium is $6,260.00. [redacted] who came in and acted as the signer (Indemnitor) provided us with the required documents and the amount of $13,000.00 that was used to secured said bond.  After the bond was exonerated (Case Over) the indemnitor brought in a certified copy of a certificate of disposition as required.  She made demanded that her entire amount of $13,000.00 she had initially given to us was to be refunded immediately.  She was informed the monies would be refunded within a 30 business days after all proper deductions were made.  She was visibly upset but complied.  [redacted] returned to our office after said waiting time to pick up her refund.  She got upset when she noticed that she did not get the full $13,000.00 that she had initially given.  We then explained to her that the state mandated premium of $6,260.00 would be deducted from her $13,000.00 and she was to get a company check for the remaining balance.  She made demands that the money was to be refunded in cash.  We informed [redacted] that we don’t keep large amounts of cash on hand and after a lengthy discussion we told [redacted] that we could give her partial amount of her refund in cash and in check.  [redacted] was given as promised her refund in two forms, in Cash $ 1,940.00 and in a check $ 4,800.00 which total the amount that she was supposed to received ($6,740.00).   Please refer to the attached Exhibit “A”.   Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter. Thank you, sincerely.  Carlos H[redacted]Alejandro H[redacted] John M[redacted]Cutting Edge Bail bonds
