loose due to a loose tileI promptly responded and inspected the floor in questionIt is my opinion that they had a toilet overflow or some type of water damageI replaced the grout for the time being and told them that I would replace the floor no charge to themI scheduled the replacement for July 24thI asked them if they could track down the original tile or pick out some new onesThey informed me that the tile was on hold for me to pick it up at home depotI responded saying "great, I'm there almost every day, I'll grab it next time I'm in the area." The customer then repeatedly harassed me about when I would drop off the tile, even though the job wasn't scheduled for another two and a half monthsI simply said, "not this week and not likely the following week." This was due to the fact, I was not in the area and working in Seattle, which I might add is in the opposite directionThe *** then sent me rude and concerning messages, stating they did not think that I would do what I said, among other disrespectful commentsI never said I would not do the floor replacement Why they decided it was better to file a complaint and claim so much money for a floor that I charged them $for is beyond meThis is the first complaint that I have ever received in my past 25+ years in business and this customer is trying to taint my reputation with allegations.Thank you for your time,*** ***Cutting Edge Construction
