This is in response to complaint ID [redacted] ** [redacted] had a claim against [redacted] for repairs to his [redacted] [redacted] wrote an estimate for $to repair his rear bumper cover Autos R Us Collision Center submitted a supplement to *** [redacted] to replace the bumper cover [redacted] denied the supplement to replace the bumper cover ** [redacted] filed a claim against [redacted] (his own personal insurance company) in order to get [redacted] to replace his rear bumper cover after [redacted] denied the supplement On [redacted] ***, [redacted] Insurance Company wrote an estimate replacing his rear bumper cover The estimate amount was $ ** [redacted] has a $1,deductible, so the repair amount was under his deductible ** [redacted] didn't have the $to pay for the repair to replace his bumper cover Autos R Us Collision Center agreed to repair the rear bumper cover for $ After everything that Autos R Us Collision Center has done to help this customer filing a supplement and by repairing the vehicle at a discounted price, ** [redacted] has slandered Autos R Us Collision Center Autos R Us Collision Center's attorney is in the process of filing a lawsuit against ** [redacted] I will see him in court [redacted]

On this 25th day of March, 2015, I am responding to Case ID# Autos R Us Collision Center is a [redacted] rental agency location Autos R Us Collision Center is not a location where [redacted] take all their wrecked vehicles/cars When the customer rented the vehicle, the vehicle was not wrecked There is no gasoline at Autos R Us Collision Center location, so we do not have a reason to convince the customer to fill up here at this location Sincerely, [redacted] Autos R Us Collision Center [redacted] ** [redacted] ofc [redacted] fax

After many failed attempts to get in touch with the owner, he magically appears on the Revdex.com case with a threat to sue me for "slander"The day I picked my car up my Mother decided to give him a piece of her mind and tell him how incompetent and unprofessional they are, all he could do is say have a blessed day and turn around and walk in his officeNo attempt to resolve any customer disputes! Not even minutes later as I gather the items from my car we are approached by another disgruntled customer asking for our information because he was trying to get his car towed or removed from the shop and he was upset at the disrespect they showed himThis is why this business deserves negative feedback applied towards their rating Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] to replace the bumper cover.  [redacted] denied the supplement to replace the bumper cover.

[redacted] filed a claim against [redacted] (his own personal insurance company) in order to get [redacted] to replace his rear bumper cover after [redacted] denied the supplement.  On [redacted] Insurance Company wrote an estimate replacing his rear bumper cover.  The estimate amount was $963.28.  **. [redacted] has a $1,000 deductible, so the repair amount was under his deductible.  **. [redacted] didn't have the $963.28 to pay for the repair to replace his bumper cover.
Autos R Us Collision Center agreed to repair the rear bumper cover for $698.67.
After everything that Autos R Us Collision Center has done to help this customer filing a supplement and by repairing the vehicle at a discounted price, **. [redacted] has slandered Autos R Us Collision Center.  Autos R Us Collision Center's attorney is in the process of filing a lawsuit against **. [redacted].  I will see him in court.
