Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. Yes, you were quoted $plus tax to pump your Multi-Flo Waste Water Treatment Plant, as we have done in the past for you (approximately gallons). After our arrival, it was discovered that
you needed your trash tank pumped, which is located in front of your Multi-Flo Waste water Treatment Plant. Our technician pumped gallons from the trash tank and gallons from a pump station that you were unaware existed on your property. The charge of $plus tax consists of our pumping fee for pumping tanks; totaling over gallons. We found your pump station to be flooding and the pump inside not workingIt was our understanding that the technician explained to you that we would return the next day with the necessary equipment/parts and additional technicians to remove the old pump and replace with a new pumpOur technician reported to us that you were in agreementIt appears from your posted review that there was a misunderstanding about us returning and making the necessary repairs. It was our belief that you authorized us to return and that someone would be home during the repairs and to make payment when job complete. We returned the following day and installed the new pump and removed the old pumpThe charge of $plus tax was for using extra men to lift and remove old pump and to install new pumpThe charge was not for just the cost of the pumpThe technician who installed the pump called you from your property to discuss the wiring and at that time you informed him you were not aware he was working on your pump stationThe technician was authorized to tell you we would re-install your old pump, free of charge, but you said it was done and you would take care of your own wiring.
