I had my kitchen painted about a year ago by this company . And it looks so bad , the paint started peeling and chipping off after a few weeks . I have been in contact off and on with the owner , and he keeps telling me , I have to maintain my cabinets . Which is utter nonsense . Every time I wipe down my cabinets , more paint comes off . And I paid him $2700 . He wanted it in cash . I regret ever having them paint my cabinets . It is very disappointing and looks disgusting.

I am responding to the complaint listed about my work for ***, I conducted a cabinet painting services for her and fulfilled everything that was in the estimate down to the letter and she has paid in full at completion of job to her satisfaction. Keep in mind that I do not offer warranties on any of my contracts, I had been in contact to help her just make Ker happy. She called me back a month later and explained that there were issues with the paint peeling off in areas. I explained to her that with latex products customers will have to touch up overtime and be careful with the cabinets. *** wanted us to come back free of charge and prime & paint them again, we came back and painted them without any payment for our work or product.
She called me back a month later and explained that it was happening again. I told her that I have fulfilled my obligation to the work with hours/materials and revisiting her home multiple times, I then told her that I would go and purchase the most expensive paint at sherwin Williams for her to touch up free of charge out of my pocket. I also told her she can call my bond to have an investigation happen at your residence to determine who is in the wrong. I have put in more hours on her job than I charged her for, at this point I feel that she is harassing me and she will never be happy unless she gets her money back or we come back out there time and time again.
I will be willing to give her back half of the money she paid on the cabinets even though Ive earned every cent of it in man hours. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the work provided but I feel like you have been taking advantage of me. Please let me know at your convenience what you would like to do. Thank you for your time.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I like to add , that I have not harassed Nathan in any way . He never told me that latex paint would do this sort of thing . If I knew what it would do , I would have declined his offer . I have had experts in the field of cabinet painting come over and check out his work , and they all agreed , that he did a lousy job .I would like to thank all of you worked on this case . And he did come by today , and refunded my money .
