A year to build a 22,gal pool, deck and arbor is way too longMost depressing, aggravating experience I've ever hadI showed my floor guy all the problems as an example of why I don't tolerate crappy work with no supervision any more and like a good conpany does, they redid work to correct errorsMonths with no communication, no supervision at any point, you have to catch all the errors yourself and they still don't fix properlyI am the most optimistic person and gave them every chance but eventually had to face the fact that they were indeed terrible and didnt careStill have many problems such as leaking arbor which ruined my stereo, leaking grotto, crumbling, faulty mastic, defective slide, mortar never cleaned off concrete, faulty concrete in some areas, etcThey told me to submit these items they agreed needed to be fixed to warranty in and never heard from them againOf course not after they have your moneyWhat company survives when they don't do a good job or take care of customers?
Unresponsive - had to constantly contact to find out when work would be done - at times wouldn't hear from him for days and weeks

Stayed frustrated with company the entire process which lasted many months (July - December)
Still trying to get skimmer doors that he took and offered to replace with new skimmer doorsThat was in December
Contacted him through emails and texts as reminders to bring replacement skimmer doorsThe most recent text was today, May 12,
Horrible experience with this company. An absolute NIGHTMARE. Don't make the same mistake that I did by choosing Cutting Edge Pool and Patio. The owners should be thrown in jail and the doors of their business closed forever. Lying, scamming thieves!
