Stun gun failing after a week.I tried to contact seller through manufacture website, but the form was broken. Amazon order ID #XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX. The perfume stun gun I got, the stun feature failed with in a week. At first I thought it might have been a battery issue. Anyways for the past week, I first took it on 3 walks at night. Used LED probably 1/2-1 hour on all 3 walks. Charged them 10 minutes afterwards (really doubt this will kill the battery). The test shocks worked fine until after my 3rd walk. I tested it once daily this past week. After my 3rd walk, it only shocked across 2-3 times then it stopped shocking. I thought maybe the battery ran out (Even though LED is as bright as before). Gave it a 4 hour charge. The stun portion seems fine again. I took it on another walk tonight. Used the flashlight about 15-20 minutes. The stun zap seemed to be working fine when I tested it before the walk and also once during the walk, but after the walk, it zapped 2-3 times and stopped zapping. The LED is just as bright. Either the battery has already failed after a week or the stun portion has failed. This has only been about 8-9 days with the product! I have followed all directions and not tested the unit out for over a second. It would really appreciate if you guys provided a replacement for the product free of charge. If you guys want the defective unit back, I would also appreciate if you guys paid for the shipping to your office. The device breaking only after 8-9 days is unacceptable. If someone was to attack me, and the stun gun failed, it could have put my life at risk!Desired SettlementI want a replacement unit that works, or at least them fixing it. I would like this done free of charge (including shipping to and from their office) considering how the product failed after 8-9 days. Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/The manufacturer refused to pay for shipping of the defective item to their office. This is unfair considering how the defective product failed with in a week. I am not happy with the company, however managed to work out a free replacement with Amazon because I was still in the return period, and Amazon paid for shipping to Amazon's warehouse. The manufacturer itself did not do much for me.
