THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A FRAUD, AND LIARS!!!! THEY DID NO REPAIRS BECAUSE I DID NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS AND I AM ALSO GOING TO CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING REGARDING THEIR FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! THEY PREY ON UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE AND CREATE UNNECESSARY WORK SO THEY CAN MAKE TONS OF MONEY OFF OF YOU!!!

After reading the review posted let me clarify some things*** from Cutting Edge did go out to the property and perform water detection I have over photos to prove it.im only allowed to up load In these photos you can clearly see the slab leak by the thermal imaging red showing hot water
The blue is showing the areas wetAlso look at the moisture meater showing full saturationThe customer had a bad slab leakI'm really perplexed as to why she is writing a bad review on our company it truly is unjustifiedHer wall were soaked and if left untreated would of grew moldMost of my customers have insurance to cover the billIn addition to the demo that another company performed she wanted us to do the repairsWe declined this service since we were really busy with workThis brings up the point that if we lied just to do the repairsEvery thing the customer explained is this is a big reason we didn't do the repairs despite being busy with other workThe customer said several thousand dollars latershe never paid us a dime despite all the time my guy spent out there

In these photos you can clearly see the slab leak by the thermal imaging red showing hot water....

The blue is showing the areas wet. Also look at the moisture meater showing full saturation. The customer had a bad slab leak. I'm really perplexed as to why she is writing a bad review on our company it truly is unjustified. Her wall were soaked and if left untreated would of grew mold. Most of my customers have insurance to cover the bill. In addition to the demo that another company performed she wanted us to do the repairs. We declined this service since we were really busy with work. This brings up the point that if we lied just to do the repairs. Every thing the customer explained is false this is a big reason we didn't do the repairs despite being busy with other work. The customer said several thousand dollars later... she never paid us a dime despite all the time my guy spent out there.
