My fiance and I hired Craig because we purchased our house with an FHA 203k loan and he is certified in the requirements for the loanAlthough Craig was the "General Contractor" for this project, he didn't do anything more than basic demo, since we used other subcontractors for the majority of the workHowever, because of the requirements of the loan, Craig was responsible for paying all subcontractors from the portion of our loan meant for renovationsCraig paid our HVAC contractor for the first half of the job, but when it came time to pay him the balance, we could no longer get a hold of CraigA month went by and the HVAC contractor threatened to put a lien on our home because he still had not been paidWe had to pay him out of our own pocket because we still couldn't get in touch with CraigCraig finally got back to us and said he would send the check that dayThe HVAC contractor received a check that was over $1,short and when he went to cash it, it bouncedWe have still been unable to reach Craig to get our money back, so he has walked away with $14,for doing nothingDo NOT hire Cutting Edge Studios for ANY work!
